NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Monday, May 20, 2013, with Judge Mary McCabe presiding over the jury trial.

Troy Winning, 27, 3 Laperle Ave., Plaistow; driving while under the influence of alcohol, verdict of not guilty; number plate violation, verdict of not responsible (Salisbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Monday, May 20, 2013, with Judge Mary McCabe presiding over the jury-waived trial.

Raditya Purwahjo, 21, 1079 Commonwealth Ave., Apt. 506, Boston; negligent driving, continued without finding and probation for six months, 60-day loss of license, $150 court cost, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 Victim/Witness Fund assessment; racing a vehicle, pretrial probation and the case continued generally for six months; speeding in violation of special regulations, responsible, $360 assessment; marked lane violation, responsible, $100 assessment (State Police).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Monday, May 20, 2013, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Oscar U. Beninati, 51, 79 Spencer Knowles Road, Rowley; domestic assault and battery, pretrial probation and the case continued generally for six months (Rowley).

Jonathan R. Doucette, 22, 28 Andersen Drive, Boxford; driving while under the influence of alcohol, pretrial probation and the case continued generally for one year; leaving the scene of property damage, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of the State Court Against Road Rage and half-day Brains at Risk programs, $50 VWF; possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, responsible, filed (Newburyport).

Pierre Clemat, 22, 39 Kingston St., Boston; driving after license, suspension, pretrial probation and the cast continued generally for two months; speeding, responsible, $150 assessment (State Police).

Dawna L. Monteiro, 46, 1361 Pawtucket Blvd., Apt. 14, Lowell; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 HIF, $250 Operating Under Intoxication fee, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim Fund assessment; leaving the scene or property damage, continued without finding and probation for one year; negligent driving, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of a half-day Brains at Risk program, $250 HIF; speeding, responsible, filed; wanton destruction of property, dismissed (Merrimac).
