NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Demian W. Arend, 42, 164 North Pond Road, Rome, Maine, was arrested Sunday at 7:52 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. Officers Joshua Tierney, Charles Ferlauto and Sgt. William Steeves made the arrest on State Street.

Thomas P. Maes, 64, 29 Lisa Circle, Merrimac, was arrested Sunday at 9:17 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and speeding in violation of special regulations. Officers Michael Wilichoski and Christopher McDonald made the arrest on High Street.

ROWLEY

The following items were recorded in the Rowley police log:

Theresa M. Gentlemen, 58, 3 Hayward St., Ipswich, was issued a summons Friday at 9:05 a.m. on a charge of allowing a suspended operator to use motor vehicle. The summons was issued on Haverhill Street.

Harold R. Hawkes, 20, 61 Chadwick St., North Andover, was issued a summons Friday at 2:28 p.m. on charges of unlawfully attaching motor vehicle plates and operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle. The summons was issued on Haverhill Street.

Kennettte W. Allen, 34, 57 Auburn St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Saturday at 2:27 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration, no inspection sticker and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. The summons was issued on Haverhill Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Antonio Fazio, 33, 22 Lincoln St., Merrimac, was issued a summons Sunday at 4:04 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a number plate violation. Trooper Moran issued the summons in Amesbury.

Younes Missaoui, 45, 35 Myrtle St., No. 3, Everett, was issued a summons Sunday at 11:06 p.m. on charges of allowing operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and having an uninsured motor vehicle. Trooper Topping issued the summons in Boxford.
