Police Logs

NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Leo L. O’Williams, 34, 19 Newman Road, Newbury, was issued a summons Monday at 9:11 p.m. on a charge of drug/narcotic violations. Officers Eric Marshall and Gregory Whitney issued the summons on Spofford Street.

James Brittan, 17, 17 Woodman Way, Newburyport, was arrested Monday at 9:19 p.m. and charged with drug/narcotic violations, person under 21 in possession of alcohol and possession of a class C substance. Officers Marshall, Whitney, Charles Ferlauto and Shawn Eaton made the arrest on Plant Road.

Jeffrey Dodge, 50, 34 Grove St., Haverhill, was arrested Monday at 11:35 p.m. and charged with malicious destruction of property and assault and battery. Officers Eaton, Marshall, Whitney and Furlauto made the arrest on Woodman Way.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Nicholas McGrath, 34, 531 Main St., Worcester, was arrested Monday at 6:09 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Mark Thomas, Keith Forget, Daniel McNeil and Sgt. Timothy Hunter made the arrest at the Dunes Motel, Beach Road.

Manuel Perianez, 20, 90 Peaslee Crossing Road, Plaistow, N.H., was arrested Monday at 10:27 p.m. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and person under 21 in possession of alcohol. Officer James Leavitt made the arrest on Lafayette Road.

MERRIMAC

The following item was recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Pearl Noone, 48, 225 South Main St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Monday at 7:28 p.m. on charges of unsafe operating a motor vehicle, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and a seat belt violation. Officer Richard Holcroft issued the summons on Winter Street.

GEORGETOWN

The following item was recorded in the Georgetown police log:

Dawn Vaudo, 41, 4 Patriot Lane, No. 28, Georgetown, was arrested Tuesday at 3:45 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officer Adam Raymond made the arrest.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Anthony G. Elwell, 38, 87 Route 11, Farmington, N.H., was issued a summons Monday at 1:30 a.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an equipment violation. Trooper Cormier issued the summons in Haverhill.

Diego Santana, 24, 1 Elm St., No. 1, Newburyport, was issued a summons Monday at 10:27 a.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and fail to stay in right lane. Trooper Downs issued the summons in Boxford.
