NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Friday, Jan. 18, with Judge Allen Swan presiding:

Manny Andrades, 38, 50 Warren St., No. 514, Peabody; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, three months pretrial probation, $50 Victims Witness Fund; speeding, responsible, filed (Newburyport).

Matthew G. Muise, 56, 14B 67th St., Newburyport; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, two months pretrial probation, $50 VWF (Newbury).

David J. Potter, 49, 1 Forest St., Gloucester; operating an uninsured motor vehicle, dismissed; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, dismissed (Newbury).

CORRECTION: An item in Friday’s court log contained an error. The corrected text should read: James Richards Jr., 17, 56 Baker Road, Salisbury; negligent operation of motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, admission to facts, continued without finding until July 15; $50 Victim Witness Fund, $200 driving infraction fine (Salisbury).
