NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Barbara J. Hopkinson, 60, 64 Northern Blvd., Newbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 10:05 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding. Officer Christopher McDonald issued the summons on Low Street.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Joseph L. Knowles, 48, 8C Sleepy Hollow Road, Newmarket, N.H. was arrested Tuesday at 6:29 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers David Noyes and Thomas Nichols made the arrest on Elm Street.

Francine Marie Messina, 43, 79 Beach Road, Seabrook, was arrested Tuesday at 8:01 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Noyes made the arrest on Macy Street.

Taygen Long, 23, 53 Congress St., B2A75, Amesbury; and Alex A. McCallum, 53 Congress St., B4A75, Amesbury, were issued summonses Tuesday at 8:33 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Long was also charged with allowing improper operation of a motor vehicle and an equipment violation. Officers Nichols and Kevin Mulrenin issued the summonses on Congress Street.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Rose M. DeCicco, 39, 83 Dows Lane, Apt. A, Seabrook, was arrested Tuesday at 3:04 p.m. and charged with simple assault. Officers John Mounsey and Michael Cawley made the arrest on Weare Road.

Paul Eugene Knowles, 48, 5 Big Lane, Seabrook, N.H. was arrested Tuesday at 5:04 p.m. and charged with simple assault. Officers Mounsey and Cawley made the arrest on Bigs Lane.

Holly Southworth, 21, 132 Ashworth, No. 6, Hampton, N.H. was arrested Tuesday at 7:58 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer David Hersey made the arrest at the Ashworth.

MERRIMAC

The following items were recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Adrienne Linnell, 29, 40 Myron Road, Haverhill, was issued a summons Monday at 8 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Robert Coppola issued the summons on East Main Street.

Ryan Burrill, 34, 6 Dexter St., Haverhill, was arrested Wednesday at 3:51 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Richard Holcroft and Sgt. Stephen Ringuette made the arrest in Merrimac Square.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Troy A. James, 27, 24 Wolcott Hill Road, Wethersfield, Conn., was issued a summons Tuesday at 5:50 a.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a number plate violation. Trooper Heaphy issued the summons in Haverhill.

Jose R. Gonzalez, 42, 59 Tremont St., No. 106, Lawrence, was issued a summons Tuesday at 4:51 p.m. om a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper LaVita issued the summons in Boxford.
