SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Joy M. Mosenfelder, 31, 351 Pawtucket Blvd., Lowell, was issued a summons Sunday at 5:31 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license, fail to affix sticker to license plate and no inspection sticker. Sgt. Robert Roy issued the summons on Elm Street.

Alicia M. MacNeill, 29, 31 Nichols St., No. 3, Haverhill, was issued a summons Sunday at 11:05 p.m. on a charge of keeping a noisy/disorderly house. Sgt. Timothy Hunter issued the summons on Bridge Road.

GROVELAND

The following item was recorded in the Groveland police log:

Scott C. Rago, 24, 20 Clearview Road, Stoneham, was arrested Monday at 1:50 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Officer Gregory Pekarski made the arrest on Salem Street.

WEST NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Brayden Murphy, 21, 25 Bachelor St., West Newbury, was arrested Friday and charged with cocaine possession and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. Officers Barry Coker and Eric Forni made the arrest on Main Street.

Kylie Perry, 20, 4 Boynton Court, West Newbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 1:40 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Richard B. Merrill Jr. issued the summons on Main Street.

Brandon Dumas, 23, 8 Philbrick St., Groveland, was issued a summons Sunday at 9:58 a.m. on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and no inspection sticker. Officer Coker issued the summons on Georgetown Road.

ROWLEY

The following item was recorded in the Rowley police log:

Krystina Rachael Wing, 24, 4 Mulholland Drive, Ipswich, was arrested Saturday at 1:27 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), leaving the scene after property damage and a previous warrant. The arrest was made on Route 1.
