NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trial was recorded Friday, Jan. 25, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Paul F. Moore, 24, 35 Attitash Ave., Merrimac; daytime breaking and entering of a building for a felony, guilty, two years in house of correction, sentence suspended for two years while on probation, must wear electronic monitoring bracelet for nine months, stay away and have no contact with victim, remain drug and alcohol free with random screens, continue substance abuse counseling, $3,571 restitution, $90 Victim-Witness Fund; larceny from a building, guilty, two years probation; receiving stolen property more than $250, dismissed; use of motor vehicle without authority, guilty, two years probation (Newburyport).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trial was recorded Wednesday, Jan. 30, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Allen Swan presiding:

Mark A. Dupis, 52, 20 Boston Ave., No. 1, Hampton, N.H.; operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license as to being a habitual traffic offender, guilty, 18 months in house of correction, sentence suspended for two years, $5,000 fine, $1,250 surfine, $50 VWF; breakdown lane violation, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Thursday, Jan. 31, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Michael Machera presiding:

Aileen E. Vazquez, 27, 137 Water St., first floor, Lawrence; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, pretrial probation for three months, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

Dean Dennis, 23, 15 Nason Road, Swampscott; possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute, guilty, one year probation; conspiracy to violate drug law, dismissed; drug violation near school/park, dismissed (Salisbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Friday, Feb. 1, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Michael Machera presiding:

Evan M. Stockwell, 22, 66 Ferry Road, Newburyport; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding for one year, complete Alcohol Safety Awareness Program, 45-day loss of license, letter of apology to police officer, $250 OUI Victims Fund, $50 OUI fee, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 VWF; marked lanes violation, not responsible; no inspection sticker, not responsible (Salisbury).

Bruce H. Rubin, 55, 46 Route 125, Kingston, N.H.; possession of a class B substance (subsequent offense), continued without finding for one year, $50 VWF (Merrimac).

Danielle N. Parsons, 17, 372 Main St., Groveland; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, dismissed upon payment of $150 costs, $50 VWF; registration not in possession, not responsible (Newbury).

Douglas A. Brandin, 48, 2 Plumwood Drive, Lawrence; disorderly conduct, pretrial probation for two months, $50 VWF (Lawrence).

Daryl J. Robertson, 38, 565 River Road, Eliot, Maine; fugitive from justice on a court warrant, dismissed after apprehension in New Hampshire (Newburyport).

Teresa R. Cramphorn, 48, 15 Seabrook Road, Salisbury; shoplifting by concealment, continued without finding for six months, $50 VWF, continue current counseling (Newburyport).

Judge Peter Doyle presided over the following jury-waived trials:

Irving Santana, 19, 67 Andover St., Peabody; possession of a class D substance, continued without finding for nine months, $50 VWF (Newburyport).

Corey Magee, 20, 65 Hathaway Ave., Beverly; possession of a class D substance, dismissed; person under 21 in possession of alcohol, continued without finding for six months, $50 VWF (Newbiryport).

SEABROOK — The following cases were recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook District Division the week ending Friday, Feb. 1, with Judge Mark Weaver presiding over the jury-waived trials:

David S. Janvrin, 38, 144 Centennial St., Seabrook; operating an off-road recreational vehicle on a public road, not prosecuted; conduct after an accident, leaving the scene of personal injury, not prosecuted (Seabrook).

David Nassor, 43, 79 Silver St., Seabrook; criminal threatening (intimidation), complaint placed on file without finding conditioned upon one year good behavior; attempt to commit simple assault, complaint placed on file without finding conditioned upon one year good behavior; criminal mischief (vandalism), complaint placed on file without finding conditioned upon one year good behavior (Seabrook).

Domenic J. Bondar, 28, 12 Black River Road, Amesbury; possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), complaint placed on file without finding conditioned upon one year good behavior; possession of drug paraphernalia, guilty, $124 fine (Hampton).

Billie-Jo Knowles, 19, 7 Bigs Lane, Seabrook; possession of an open container of alcohol, guilty, $124 fine (Hampton); unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under the age of 21, not prosecuted; probation violations, defendant pleaded true to violation of the conditions of parole on three occasions and was sentenced to 60 days in the house of correction. The sentence was deferred for a period of nine months conditioned upon good behavior, completing an evaluation by a licensed alcohol and drug abuse counselor, following all treatment recommendations from that evaluation and the continuation of counseling with therapist (Seabrook).
