NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Thursday, Jan. 31, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Michael Machera presiding:

Aileen E. Vazquez, 27, 137 Water St., first floor, Lawrence; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, pretrial probation for three months, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

Dean Dennis, 23, 15 Nason Road, Swampscott; possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute, guilty, one year probation; conspiracy to violate drug law, dismissed; drug violation near school/park, dismissed (Salisbury).

Evan M. Stockwell, 22, 66 Ferry Road, Newburyport; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding for one year, complete Alcohol Safety Awareness Program, 45-day loss of license, letter of apology to police officer, $250 OUI Victims Fund, $50 OUI fee, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 VWF; marked lanes violation, not responsible; no inspection sticker, not responsible (Salisbury).

Bruce H. Rubin, 55, 46 Route 125, Kingston, N.H.; possession of a class B substance (subsequent offense), continued without finding for one year, $50 VWF (Merrimac).

SEABROOK — The following cases were recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook District Division the week ending Friday, Feb. 1, with Judge Mark Weaver presiding over the jury-waived trials:

David S. Janvrin, 38, 144 Centennial St., Seabrook; operating an off-road recreational vehicle on a public road, not prosecuted; conduct after an accident, leaving the scene of personal injury, not prosecuted (Seabrook).

David Nassor, 43, 79 Silver St., Seabrook; criminal threatening (intimidation), complaint placed on file without finding conditioned upon one year good behavior; attempt to commit simple assault, complaint placed on file without finding conditioned upon one year good behavior; criminal mischief (vandalism), complaint placed on file without finding conditioned upon one year good behavior (Seabrook).

Domenic J. Bondar, 28, 12 Black River Road, Amesbury; possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), complaint placed on file without finding conditioned upon one year good behavior; possession of drug paraphernalia, guilty, $124 fine (Hampton).

Billie-Jo Knowles, 19, 7 Bigs Lane, Seabrook; possession of an open container of alcohol, guilty, $124 fine (Hampton); unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under the age of 21, not prosecuted; probation violations, defendant pleaded true to violation of the conditions of parole on three occasions and was sentenced to 60 days in the house of correction. The sentence was deferred for a period of nine months conditioned upon good behavior, completing an evaluation by a licensed alcohol and drug abuse counselor, following all treatment recommendations from that evaluation and the continuation of counseling with therapist (Seabrook).
