Daryl J. Robertson, 38, 565 River Road, Eliot, Maine; fugitive from justice on a court warrant, dismissed after apprehension in New Hampshire (Newburyport).

Teresa R. Cramphorn, 48, 15 Seabrook Road, Salisbury; shoplifting by concealment, continued without finding for six months, $50 VWF, continue current counseling (Newburyport).

Judge Peter Doyle presided over the following jury-waived trials:

Irving Santana, 19, 67 Andover St., Peabody; possession of a class D substance, continued without finding for nine months, $50 VWF (Newburyport).

Corey Magee, 20, 65 Hathaway Ave., Beverly; possession of a class D substance, dismissed; person under 21 in possession of alcohol, continued without finding for six months, $50 VWF (Newbiryport).

SEABROOK — The following cases were recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook District Division the week ending Friday, Feb. 1, with Judge Mark Weaver presiding over the jury-waived trials:

David S. Janvrin, 38, 144 Centennial St., Seabrook; operating an off-road recreational vehicle on a public road, not prosecuted; conduct after an accident, leaving the scene of personal injury, not prosecuted (Seabrook).

David Nassor, 43, 79 Silver St., Seabrook; criminal threatening (intimidation), complaint placed on file without finding conditioned upon one year good behavior; attempt to commit simple assault, complaint placed on file without finding conditioned upon one year good behavior; criminal mischief (vandalism), complaint placed on file without finding conditioned upon one year good behavior (Seabrook).

Domenic J. Bondar, 28, 12 Black River Road, Amesbury; possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), complaint placed on file without finding conditioned upon one year good behavior; possession of drug paraphernalia, guilty, $124 fine (Hampton).
