WEST NEWBURY — The Pentucket Regional School Committee will hold a public hearing on the proposed budget for next year during a meeting at the high school today. The session begins at 6:30 p.m. in the Modular 3 classroom. The district is grappling with how to address a $500,000 shortfall in the proposed $35.9 million spending plan.
