Police Logs

NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Lance D. MacDonald, 50, 38 Ferry Road, Salisbury, was issued a summons Wednesday at 1:56 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, license not in possession and no inspection sticker. Officer John Gavin issued the summons on High Street.

Ricardo Vallejo, 32, 64 Cassa Loop, Holtsville, N.Y., was issued a summons Thursday at 2:16 a.m. on a drug/narcotic violation charge. Officers Gregory Whitney and Eric Marshall issued the summons following a traffic stop on High Street.

Ulises Matos-Ramons, 53, 357 Lowell St., first floor, No. 113, Lawrence, was issued a summons Thursday at 6:10 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officers Gregory Whitney and Eric Marshall issued the summons following a traffic stop on Low Street.

Brian Gerard McCarthy, 62, 9 Bittersweet Lane, Newbury, was arrested Thursday at 10:57 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers John Gavin, Nora Duggan and Sgt. Howard Adams made the arrest at Anna Jaques Hospital, Highland Avenue.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Joanne M. Hamel, 55, 6 Westminster St., Amesbury, was arrested Wednesday at 7:53 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of property damage and improper turn. Officers Thomas Nichols, Kevin Mulrenin and David Noyes made the arrest on Macy Street.

Susan M. Heffelman, 51, 21 Adams Court, Amesbury, was issued a summons Thursday at 5:54 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. Officer Noyes issued the summons on Main Street.

SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Paul A. Chaisson, 51, 5 Lena Mae Way, Salisbury, was arrested Wednesday at 11:13 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers Patrick Szymkowski and Daniel McNeil made the arrest on Lena Mae Way.

SEABROOK

The following item was recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Clint A. Felch, 17, 65 Causeway St., Seabrook, was arrested Wednesday at 5:34 p.m. and charged with two counts of simple assault and criminal threatening. Officers David Hersey and Frank Brown Jr. made the arrest on Causeway Street.

MERRIMAC

The following items were recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Stephanie Nicoll, 62, 67 Floyd Road, Derry, N.H., was arrested Wednesday at 10:52 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (third offense), operating to endanger and marked lanes. Officer Richard Holcroft made the arrest on Interstate 495.

Clifford Nelson, 44, 94 Birchmeadow Road, Merrimac, was arrested Thursday at 1:30 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Robert Coppola made the arrest on East Main Street.

ROWLEY

The following items were recorded in the Rowley police log:

Joseph M. Capone, 56, 24 Washington Square, Gloucester, was issued a summons Wednesday at 7:25 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to grant right of way to emergency vehicle. The summons was issued on Haverhill Street.

Landon J. Bobrycki, 23, 27 Hillside St,. Rowley, was arrested Thursday at 1:57 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation. The arrest was made on Route 1.

GEORGETOWN

The following item was recorded in the Georgetown police log:

Edmond William Lemieux, 22, 10 Franzone St., Apt. C., Bradford, was arrested Thursday at 5:22 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Adam Raymond made the arrest on East Main Street.
