Jonathan Robert Smith, 38, 711 Chelton Lane, Fort Mill, S.C., was arrested Monday at 10:32 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), speeding in violation of special regulations and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Officers Michael Wilichoski and Christopher McDonald made the arrest on State Street.
SALISBURY
The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:
Steven G. Estabrooks, 35, 65 Cable Ave., Salisbury, was arrested Monday at 3:33 p.m. and charged with a previous a warrant. Officers Richard Dellaria and Michael Tullercash made the arrest on Route 1.
SEABROOK
The following item was recorded in the Seabrook police log:
Douglas J. Tirone, 49, 68 Madison Ave., Amesbury, was arrested Tuesday at 1:47 a.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated (subsequent offense), misuse or failure to display plates and being a habitual offender. Officer Ryan Kane and Sgt. David Buccheri made the arrest on Route 1.

Jacob E. Tucker, 30, 1 Locust St., Merrimac, was issued a summons Monday at 7:34 p.m. on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. Trooper Grimes issued the summons in Haverhill.
