NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, Feb. 12, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trial:

Elizabeth Alvarado, 29, 106 Claredon St., Apt. 2, Fitchburg; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, 18 months in the house of correction, 31 days to be served and the balance suspended with three years probation conditioned upon remaining drug and alcohol free, completion of a 14-day in-patient substance abuse treatment program with all recommended aftercare, two-year loss of license, $50 Victim/Witness Fund, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim Fund; child endangerment, guilty, 90 days in the house of correction, suspended with three years probation and one year statutory loss of license; fail to stop/yield, responsible, filed; vehicle not meeting safety standards, responsible, filed (Amesbury).
