Monday: Baked salmon with dill sauce, white rice, mixed vegetables, pineapple, oatmeal bread
Tuesday: Mild chili with low-fat sour cream, kernel corn, pears, corn bread, fruit punch
Wednesday: Baked chicken quarter, whipped potatoes with chives, peas and carrots, fruited gelatin, diet gelatin, whole-wheat bread
Thursday: Beef meatloaf with gravy, red-bliss whipped potatoes, California-blend vegetables, Cutie Pie, Fig Newtons, whole-wheat dinner roll
Friday: Cheese lasagna with marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese, green beans, orange, Italian bread
