UnCommon Dance to benefit parks

Tickets will go on sale tomorrow for The UnCommon Dance to be held on Saturday, June 16, from 6 to 10 p.m. at Atkinson Common to benefit the Newburyport Parks Commission.

The UnCommon Dance will feature swing dancing on a wooden dance floor under a grand Victorian tent set up next to the Tower at Atkinson Common. Free Dance lessons will start the festivities at 5 p.m., and the main event - Artie Barsamian's 16-piece Boston Big Band - will headline the evening beginning at 6 p.m.Read this article in full with a
