NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded on Wednesday, Feb. 20, in Newburyport District Court. Judge Allen Swan presided over the jury-waived cases:

Nicholas Katsaros, 53, of 1 Richmond St., Haverhill; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding for one year, sentenced to one year's probation, ordered to attend alcohol safety program, license suspended for 45 days, assessed $250 driving under intoxication fee, $250 for the Head Injury Fund, $50 driving under intoxication-victims' assessment, $50 victim/witness assessment; reckless driving, dismissed; failure to stay within marked lanes, found responsible, filed; carrying a firearm while intoxicated, continued without finding for two years (Merrimac).

Allison E. Kingsley, 25, of 45 Camp Meeting Road, Topsfield; driving with a suspended license, dismissed, assessed $100 costs, $50 victim/witness assessment(Newbury).

Victor Lara Medina, 18, of 1123 Revere Beach Parkway, Revere; larceny of property valued at more than $250, dismissed; conspiracy to violate drug laws, dismissed; conspiracy, dismissed (Amesbury).

Jillian Byra, 19, of 3A Shady Lane, Plaistow, N.H.; assault and battery, continued without finding for six months, assessed $200 costs, $50 victim/witness assessment (Amesbury).

William A. Crowley, 20, of 19 Grove St., Merrimac; possession of marijuana (second or subsequent offense), found guilty, sentenced to nine months in the house of correction (credit for 33 days served) (Newburyport).

Lisa M. Hynes, 38, last known address 51 Franklin St., Lynn; assault and battery on a public employee, found guilty, sentenced to 45 days in the house of correction, credit for 21 days served (Essex County Sheriff's Department).
