Hampton DISTRICT COURT

HAMPTON: The following cases were recorded at Hampton District Court in Seabrook the week ending Friday, March 21, 2008, with Judge Francis Frasier presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Harold B. Souther, 47, 2B Smalls Ave., Seabrook; driving after license suspension, placed on file without finding conditioned upon good behavior for one year and the defendant completing a defensive driving program (Seabrook).

Duane B. Howard, 39, 11 Collins St., Seabrook; simple assault, guilty, 30 days in the house of correction, 10 days served with the balance suspended pending one year good behavior; resisting arrest, guilty, 30 days in the house of correction, 10 days served with the balance suspended pending one year good behavior; simple assault, nol prossed (discontinued); criminal threatening, nol prossed (discontinued) (Seabrook).

Jessica Nesbett, 18, 104 Harris St., Revere; possession of an open container of alcohol by an individual less than 21 years of age, guilty, $100 fine (Seabrook).

Paige Rigano, 19, 104 Harris St., Revere; possession of an open container of alcohol by an individual less than 21 years of age, guilty, $100 fine (Seabrook).

A 16-year-old, 1804 Sheffield Heights, Saugus; possession of an open container of alcohol by an individual less than 21 years of age, guilty, $100 fine (Seabrook).

A 16-year-old, 47 Elm St., Salisbury; possession of an open container of alcohol by an individual less than 21 years of age, guilty, $120 fine (Seabrook).
