Police Logs

NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

r Scott Butters, 33, of 615 Ocean Blvd., Hampton, N.H., was arrested Wednesday at 8:13 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and speeding. Officer Michael Wilichoski made the arrest on High Street.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

r Jason Beland, 36, of 87 Monroe St., Amesbury, was arrested Wednesday at 11:42 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (third offense) and speeding. Officer David Noyes made the arrest on Main Street.

r Kevin Silva, 32, of 46 Franklin St., Lowell, was issued a summons Wednesday at 11:51 p.m. for driving without registration in possession, using a false Registry of Motor Vehicles document and a lights violation. Officer Matthew Cunningham issued the summons on Pond View Avenue.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

r William Deguio, 45, of 456 Washington St., Haverhill, was arrested Wednesday at 5:36 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and larceny. Officers Bruce Dow and Steven Sforza made the arrest on Toll Road.

r Timothy Abreau, 27, of 15 Spring St., Salisbury, was arrested yesterday at 4:30 p.m. on a warrant. Officer Craig Lesage made the arrest at the police station.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the state police log, Newbury barracks:

r Anthony Haskell, 53, and Kristin Haskell, 40, both of 10 S. Grove St., Bradford, were issued summonses Wednesday at 5:32 p.m. Anthony Haskell was issued a summons for driving without a license, driving without registration and driving without insurance, and Kristin Haskell was issued a summons for allowing improper driving. Trooper David Ragosa issued the summonses in Haverhill.

r James Gregson, 37, of 11 Wicker Lane, Wakefield, was arrested Wednesday at 6:50 p.m. and charged with driving without a license, speeding and a marked lanes violation. Trooper John McNeil made the arrest in Haverhill.

r Andrew Gray, 24, of 1 Bulls Eye Road, Ipswich, was arrested yesterday at 1:20 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and possession of a class D substance. Trooper Thomas Loughran made the arrest in Newbury.

r Michael Greenwood, 20, of 129 Brown St., Haverhill, was issued a summons yesterday at 10:50 a.m. for driving without a license, driving without an inspection sticker, driving without a seat belt and speeding. Trooper Dennis Lynch issued the summons in Haverhill.
