Police Log

NEW HAMPSHIRE STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the log of Troop A, Epping barracks of the N.H. State Police the week of April 18 through April 24, 2008:

r Crystal Simons, 22, Gill Street, Hampton, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Trooper Brian Gacek made the arrest on Route 1A, in Seabrook, at 1:26 a.m. on Saturday, April 19.

r Quinn O'Neil, 25, Kane Street, Portsmouth, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Trooper Brian Gacek made the arrest on Route 1A in Seabrook at 11:49 p.m. on Monday, April 21.

ROWLEY

The following item was recorded in the Rowley police log:

r George Comnas, 27, 10 Linden St., Ipswich, was arrested Thursday at 2:08 a.m. and charged with speeding in violation of a special regulation, driving while under the influence of drugs, operating to endanger and a marked lanes violation. The arrest was made on Haverhill Street.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:

r James F. Arnold, 27, 6 Park Circle, Newburyport, was arrested and charged with operating after license suspension and operating after registration revocation. Officer Gregg Frappier made the arrest on the Newburyport Turnpike.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the state police log, Newbury barracks:

r Viana Viviane, 31, 236 Low St. No. 5, Newburyport, was issued a summons for allowing an unlicensed operator to drive. Trooper Topping issued the summons.

r Machado Luciano, 27, 236 Low St. No. 5, Newburyport, was issued a summons for driving without a license and speeding. Trooper Topping issued the summons.

SEABROOK

The following item was recorded in the Seabrook police log:

r Sean Nolan, 18, 11 Euclid Avenue, Haverhill, was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence, open container and transporting alcohol by a minor. Officers Frank Brown Jr. and John Mansen made the arrest on Portsmouth Avenue.

SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:
