Scott D. Wendland, 23, of 1380 Grandview Blvd., Huntsville, Ala.; carrying a firearm without a license, jury trial, 18 months in the house of correction; driving without a license, dismissed; being in possession of an open container of alcohol, not responsible (Newbury).

Daniel H. Bissel, 18, of 27 Wedgemere Road, Beverly; possession of a class D substance, dismissed; driving with a suspended license, dismissed; lights violation, not responsible; failure to wear a seat belt, not responsible (Salisbury).

Mark Griffin, 39, of 6 North Hunt Road, Amesbury; negligent driving, continued without a finding for one year, entry into State Courts Against Drunk Driving program, $250 Head Injury Fund assessment, $50 victim-witness assessment; driving with a suspended license, continued without a finding for one year; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed; state highway violation, responsible, filed (Newbury).

Mark A. Tabor, 48, of 67 Northend Blvd., Salisbury; domestic assault and battery, dismissed (Salisbury).

Michael G. Ladd, 34, of 78 Lake Attitash Road, Amesbury; driving with a suspended license, subsequent offense, continued without a finding for 18 months, half day at the Brains At Risk program, $50 victim-witness assessment; equipment violation, responsible, filed (Merrimac).

Roman A. Mena, 30, of 37 9th Ave., Haverhill; driving while under the influence of alcohol, entry into Alcohol Safety Awareness Program, 45-day loss of license, $250 operating under intoxication assessment, $250 Head Injury Fund assessment, $50 operating under intoxication victims fund, $50 victim-witness assessment; failure to signal, responsible, filed; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

Giovani Sabioni, 24, of 13A Nova Drive, Pepperell; driving without a license, guilty, $200 fine, $50 victim-witness assessment; driving an unregistered motor vehicle, guilty, $100 assessment; failure to stay in the right lane, responsible, $100 fine (Salisbury).

Christopher Fisette, 24, of 41 High St., Amesbury; number plate violation, dismissed upon payment of $100 in court costs; driving with a revoked registration, dismissed upon payment of $100 in court costs and $50 victim-witness assessment; driving an uninsured vehicle, dismissed upon payment of $200 in court costs (Newbury).

Scott Kasper, 24, of 475 Falmouth Road, Windham, Maine; driving without a license, guilty, $100 fine, $50 victim-witness assessment; failure to stay in the right lane, guilty, responsible, filed; failure to be in possession of a registration, guilty, responsible, filed; speeding, guilty, $170 fine (Newbury).

Clifton McIntire, 20, of 2 Scarlett Circle, Bradford; possession of alcohol while under 21, continued without a finding for one year and three months, $50 victim-witness assessment; keeping a noisy and disorderly house, continued without a finding for one year and three months, $100 in court costs; disturbing the peace, dismissed (Amesbury).
