In our ever-growing waistband society where the fast-food option is as easy as it is depressing, it appears that a new form of fast food — one that caters to the healthy, busy and traditional eater — has hit the River Rival region.
Debbie and Michael Finochiaro have recently opened the strictly to-go luncheon and dinner restaurant, Off the Hook, at 50 Elm St. in Salisbury, and they are poised to cook personalized and wholesome servings for the individual as well as the party. Fraught with catch phrases like "Off the hook, no reason to cook," and "Heat and eat," the area's newest healthy choice is as high on home-cooked style meals as it is on personality. Specializing in Italian cuisine, Off the Hook has all the bases covered with an extended variety of meals from around the globe that includes Thai, Japanese, Mexican and classic American recipes.
Eating healthy and on-the-run has never been so convenient, and with specified low-sodium, low-carbohydrate and low-fat diet options, home-cooked meals have never tasted so good.
