Elder menus

Merrimack Valley Elderly Nutrition Program lunches are served in Amesbury, Georgetown, Groveland, Newburyport, Merrimac, Salisbury and West Newbury.

Menus are for Monday, July 21, through Friday, July 25.

Monday — Barbecue beef rib sandwich, baked beans, low-salt potato chips, chilled pineapple, small sandwich roll.

TuesdayBaked chicken with pineapple ginger sauce, whipped potatoes, oriental blend vegetables, fruit smoothie, diet yogurt, pumpernickel bread.

WednesdayGrape juice, cheese lasagna with marinara sauce, Parmesan cheese, carrots and celery, chilled applesauce, whole-wheat bread.

ThursdayRoast turkey with gravy, cranberry sauce, whipped potatoes, California blend vegetables, vanilla pudding, diet pudding, light rye bread.

FridaySeafood salad cold plate, shredded lettuce, three bean salad, fresh orange, pita bread.

Note: Milk and margarine offered with each meal. Menu subject to change.
