POLICE LOGS

NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

r Timothy Gagnon, 26, 12 Temple St., Newburyport, was arrested at 9:44 p.m. Thursday and charged with driving while under the influence alcohol and speeding. Officers Kevin Martin and Charles Eaton, and Sgt. Peter Finnegan made the arrest at High Street and Willow Avenue.

r Marilia Silva, 23, of 14 Gould St., Gloucester, was issued a summons on charges of driving without a license and a lights violation at 10:56 a.m. Friday. Officer Joshua Tierney issued the summons at High Street and Moseley Avenue.

SALISBURY

The following items were listed in the Salisbury police log:

r Michael E. Burnham, 40, 22 Beach Road, Unit 203, Salisbury, was issued a summons at 7:03 p.m. Thursday on charges of driving an unregistered vehicle and driving an uninsured vehicle. Officer James Leavitt issued the summons on Beach Road.

r Michelle Harkins, 47, 27 Plum Island Blvd., Newbury, was arrested at 9:28 Thursday on a warrant. The arrest was made by officer Timothy Hunter on Bridge Road. The police log did not list a charge on the warrant.

r Anthony Grasso, 20, 28 Gerrish Road, Salisbury was arrested at 3:32 a.m. Friday on a charge of domestic assault and battery. Officer Bruce Dow made the arrest on Souther Lane. Grasso was arrested a second time at 4:22 a.m. at his home and charged with domestic assault and battery. That arrest was made by Dow and officer Anthony King.

NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the Newbury police log:

Jason Chaimovich, 38, 382 Central St., Rowley, was arrested at 7:34 p.m. Thursday and charged with wanton destruction of property valued at more than $250, and breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor. He was arrested on Moody Street in Byfield.
