NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded on Monday, July 28, in Newburyport District Court, with Judge Allen Swan presiding over the jury-waived cases:

Zlatan Sarajilic, 29, of 16 Prospect St., Everett; driving while under the influence of alcohol, guilty, one year of probation, 45-day loss of license, substance abuse program, $250 head injury fee, $250 operating under the influence fee, $50 operating under the influence victims fee, $50 victim-witness assessment; driving with an open container of alcohol, responsible, filed; speeding, responsible, filed (Newbury).

Kenneth Valentine, 27, of 20 Summer St., Amesbury; driving without a license, guilty, five days in the house of correction, three days credited; speeding, responsible, filed (state police).

Matthew Robbins, 20, of 101 Bellevue Ave., Haverhill; driving without a license, dismissed on payment of $100 in court costs, $50 victim-witness assessment; equipment violation, not responsible (Newburyport).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded on Tuesday, July 29, in Newburyport District Court, with Judge Michael Uhlarik presiding over the jury-waived cases:

Chad Berube, 29, of 393 Park Ave., New Bedford; breaking and entering a car for a felony, guilty, two years in the house of correction, sentence suspended and probation for three years, $300 restitution, $90 victim-witness assessment; larceny, guilty, two years in the house of correction, sentence suspended and probation for three years, concurrent with above; receiving stolen property, dismissed; improper use of a credit card, dismissed; improper use of a credit card, dismissed; improper use of a credit card, dismissed (Amesbury).

Jacob Nyberg, 17, of 10 Pleasant St., Rochester, N.H.; possession of a class D substance, guilty, $500 fine, $125 surfine; $50 victim-witness assessment (state police).

Anthony Venturi, 19, of 720 Route 202, Barrington, N.H.; possession of a class D substance, guilty, $500 fine, $125 surfine, $50 victim-witness assessment; failing to drive in the proper lane, not responsible; improper driving, not responsible; speeding, not responsible (state police).

Matthew Brady, 41, of 154 Perkins Drive, Topsfield; driving while under the influence of alcohol, dismissed; marked lanes violation, dismissed (Newbury).

Sean Irlbacher, 49, of 30 Nutting St., Nashua, N.H.; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, 90 days in the house of correction, sentence suspended and probation for two years, two-year loss of license, 14-day in-patient program, $250 head injury fee, $50 operating under the influence victims fee, $50 victim-witness assessment (state police).
