Police Logs


NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

A 14-year-old juvenile and two 15-year-old juveniles were arrested Saturday at 1:22 a.m. and charged with breaking and entering for a misdemeanor. Officers Shawn Eaton and Matthew Simons made the arrest on Erie Avenue.

Talita Silva, 23, 14 Fair St., Newburyport; Christie Donnelly, 23, 2 Smith St., Newbury; Britany Merrick, 23, 12 South Pond St., Newbury; and Ashley Leonard, 22, 39 Orchard St., Byfield, were issued summonses Saturday at 4:31 a.m. for assault and battery. Sgt. Howard Adams and officers Simons and William Steeves issued the summonses on Kate Street.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Paul Aponte, 24, 23C Perkins St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Friday at 7:18 p.m. for providing alcohol to a minor and Shawn Durgin, 19, 1 Brown Ave., Amesbury, was issued a summons for underage possession of alcohol. Officer Michael Purvis issued the summons on Macy Street.

Gail Glover, 39, 168 Main St., Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 2:07 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officer Purvis made the arrest on Main Street.

Salvador Casanova, 17, 3 Macy Terrace, Amesbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 12:54 a.m. for driving without a license, failing to stop for at a stop sign and using a car without permission. Officer Larry Bybee issued the summons on Hillside Avenue.

James Leary, 21, 10 Norman Ave., Newburyport, was arrested yesterday at 3:31 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation. Officer David Noyes made the arrest on Main Street.

Police placed three people into protective custody over the weekend.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Angela Kennedy, 44, 19 Huckleberry Lane, Brewster, was issued a summons Friday at 10:44 p.m. for driving without a license. Officer James Leavitt issued the summons on Elm Street.

Christopher Haley, 29, 10 Troy Way, Seabrook, was issued a summons Friday at 11:37 p.m. for assault and battery and assault and battery to intimidate for sexual orientation. Officers Bruce Dow and Timothy Hunter issued the summons at the Hobo Cafe.

Paul Kubert, 43, 180 Lincoln St., Worcester, was arrested Saturday at 9:49 a.m. on a warrant. Officer Robert Ferullo made the arrest on Reservation Road.

Carlos Dejesus, 25, 53 Bradford St., Lawrence, was arrested Saturday at 6:25 p.m. on a warrant. Officers Ferullo and Keith Forget made the arrest on Beach Road.

Police placed three people into protective custody over the weekend.

NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the Newbury police log:

Sean Hanagan, 21, 46 Lexington Ave., Haverhill, was arrested Saturday at 12:26 a.m. and charged with driving without a license (second offense), driving with an open container and speeding. Officer Stephen May Jr. made the arrest on Route 1.

Police placed one person into protective custody over the weekend.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

George Eaton, 51, 11 Laura Lane, Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 3 p.m. on a warrant. Officer David Buccheri made the arrest on Liberty Lane.

Richard Scheri Jr., 30, 76 South Main St., Newton, N.H., was arrested Saturday at 12:24 p.m. and charged with driving without a license. Officer Kevin Gelineau made the arrest on Centennial Street.

Gabriel Williams, 23, 552 Ocean Blvd., Hampton, N.H., was arrested yesterday at 2:01 a.m. and charged with reckless driving. Officer James Cawley made the arrest on Lafayette Road.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the state police log, Newbury barracks:

Maxwell Rome, 20, 445 Ocean Road, Portsmouth, N.H., was issued a summons Friday at 10 p.m. for possession of a class B substance. Trooper Orlando Tirella issued the summons in Boxford.

Nicholas Blegee, 25, 23 Cutter Ave., Hampton, N.H., was issued a summons Friday at 10 p.m. for possession of class B, C and D substances and a marked lanes violation. Trooper Richard Poirier issued the summons in Haverhill.

Travis Prust, 19, 62 Thornhill Road, Newton, N.H., was arrested Saturday at 12:01 a.m. and charged with driving without a license and a license plate violation. Trooper Sean McGarry made the arrest in Haverhill.

Bryan Nardone, 39, 91 Lake Attitash Road, Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 12:21 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Trooper Dupray made the arrest in Salisbury.

Matthew Ahlgren, 19, 5 Tarbell St., Pepperell, was arrested Saturday at 12:30 a.m. and charged with underage possession of alcohol and possession of a class D substance. Trooper Scott MacKenzie made the arrest in Salisbury.

Sean Feole, 26, 70 Menam St., Wakefield, was arrested Saturday at 1:07 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Trooper David Ragosa made the arrest in Salisbury.

David Marcello, 33, 122 Shore Drive, Salem, N.H., was arrested Saturday at 1:25 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Trooper John Bibeau made the arrest in Salisbury.

Cecilio Perez, 25, 104 Elm St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 1:45 a.m. for driving without a license and a marked lanes violation. Trooper Sean McGarry issued the summons in Merrimac.

Tracey Johnson, 22, 12 Vassar St., Boston, was issued a summons Saturday at 4:10 p.m. for driving without a license, driving without a seat belt and speeding, and Ola Brown, 25, 3 Templeton Way, Dorchester, was issued a summons for allowing improper driving. Lt. Walter Keenan issued the summonses in Boxford.

Ryan McCluskey, 21, 231 Liberty St., Lowell, was issued a summons yesterday at 2:30 a.m. for driving without a license and a license plate violation. Trooper Wheeler issued the summons in Haverhill.
