BRENTWOOD, N.H. — According to the September True Bill distributed yesterday (Thursday, Sept. 11) by the office of the Rockingham County Attorney, the following individuals have been indicted to face the following charges in Rockingham Superior Court:
Anthony Janvrin, 35, 19B Boynton Lane, Seabrook, two counts of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs; charges brought by the Seabrook Police Department.
Wendy Perkins, 29, 24 Bachelor Road, Seabrook, three counts of sale of controlled drugs brought by the Attorney General's Drug Task Force, and two counts brought by the Seabrook Police Department.
Jason Powers, 29, 90 Rantoul St., Beverly, one count of attempt to commit burglary and one count of theft by receiving stolen property brought by the Seabrook Police Department.
Rita Steven, 42, 10 Deer Crossing, Seabrook, one count of violation of a protective order brought by Seabrook Police Department.
Paul Souther, 44, 1422 Eaton Road, Center Conway, N.H., one count of possession of narcotic drugs brought by the Attorney General's Drug Task Force.
Tony Souther, 55, 65 Railroad Ave., Seabrook, two counts of sale of controlled drugs brought by the AG's Drug Task Force.
Arthur Sterling, 65, 623 West Lizard Creek Road, Lehighton, Penn., issuance of a bad check brought by the Seabrook Police Department.
Leza Townsend, 40, 29 Hancock St., Keene, N.H., one count of theft by receiving stolen property brought by the Portsmouth Police Department, one count of forgery and one count of theft by receiving stolen property brought by the Seabrook Police Department.
