NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Jose Segura, 19, 207 South Union St., Lawrence, was issued a summons yesterday at 2:29 p.m. for driving without a license. Officer Charles Vorderis issued the summons on Low Street.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

Cheryl Morris, 46, 30 Greenleaf St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Friday at 8:30 p.m. for driving without registration and failing to stop for a stop sign. Sgt. Dwight McDonald issued the summons on Salem Street.

Sean O'Brien, 19, 7 Briggs Ave., Newburyport, and Joel Kelcourse, 18, 70 Kimball Road, Amesbury, were arrested Saturday at 11:55 p.m. and charged with driving with an open container and underage possession of alcohol. O'Brien was also charged with an equipment violation. Officers Eric Ryan and Aaron Yeo made the arrests on Main Street.

Ralph Rizzo, 38, 160 Parker St., Lawrence, was issued a summons Sunday at 12:53 p.m. for driving without insurance and an equipment violation. Officer Christopher Sargent issued the summons on Salem Street.

Jaime Baez-Medina, 35, 77 Summer St., Haverhill, was arrested Sunday at 7:15 p.m. and charged with driving without a license, speeding and a warrant. Officers James Morton and Stephen Sargent issued the summons on the Bates Bridge.

Gabriel Rizzo, 32, 57 Bradford Loop, Georgetown, was issued a summons yesterday at 1:20 p.m. for larceny. Officer Morton issued the summons at the police station.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:

Scott Caron, 43, 57 Elm St., Byfield, was issued a summons yesterday at 10:42 a.m. for driving without a license. Officer Stephen Jenkins issued the summons on Elm Street.

SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Corey Hodges, 24, 63 Market St., Amesbury, was issued a summons yesterday at 3:47 p.m. for driving without registration and driving without insurance. Officer Timothy Hunter issued the summons on Beach Road.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the state police log, Newbury barracks:

Mohammad Alazzam, 21, 9 View St., Haverhill, was issued a summons yesterday at 2:45 a.m. for driving without a license and an equipment violation. Trooper Thomas Canning issued the summons in Haverhill.

Richard Cinelli, 40, 38 Kearne St., Revere, was arrested yesterday at 3:05 p.m. and charged with driving without a license, driving without registration, driving without insurance and a warrant. Trooper Michael O'Connell made the arrest in Boxford.
