Site of Plum Island erosion meeting changed to Fire Hall

PLUM ISLAND — In anticipation of a large turnout, selectmen have relocated a special meeting tonight to the Newbury Fire Hall on Morgan Avenue.

The starting time for the session, which will deal with the beach erosion crisis on Plum Island, remains at 7 p.m.

The meeting had originally been scheduled for Plum Island Taxpayers and Associates Hall.
