NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Zachary Gagnon, 19, 694 Hilldale Ave., Haverhill, was issued a summons Tuesday at 3:36 p.m. for driving without registration in possession, driving without an inspection sticker and a license plate violation. Officer Keith Carter issued the summons on Low Street.

Megan Cunningham, 18, 42 Chestnut St., Haverhill, and a 15-year-old juvenile were issued summonses Tuesday at 5:37 p.m. for assault and battery. Officers Charles Eaton and Ronald Senter issued the summonses on Low Street.

NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the Newbury police log:

Christopher Giacalone, 31, 216 Middle Road, Byfield, and Dain Blackadar, 18, 10 Maple St., Byfield, were issued summonses Tuesday at 6:07 p.m. for wanton destruction of property. Officer Michael Croteau issued the summonses on Maple Street.

AMESBURY

The following item was recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Joshua Richards, 28, 100 Whitehall Road, Amesbury, was arrested Tuesday at 11:58 p.m. on a warrant. Officer Raymond Landry made the arrest at the police station.

SALISBURY

Joseph Mangarpan, 62, 40 Brissette Ave., Salisbury, was arrested yesterday at 5:06 p.m. on a warrant. Officer Steven Sforza made the arrest on Beach Road.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the state police log, Newbury barracks:

Donald Bodwell, 57, 40 Howard St., Haverhill, was arrested yesterday at 1:20 a.m. on a warrant. Trooper Matthew Topping made the arrest in Haverhill.

Starlin Silverio, 21, 59 Jackson St., Haverhill, was issued a summons yesterday at 2:53 a.m. for driving without a license and a lights violation. Trooper Thomas Canning issued the summons in Haverhill.
