HAMPTON: The following case was recorded at Hampton District Court in Seabrook on Monday, Nov. 24, 2008, with Judge Michael Sullivan presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Kelsey M Gauren, 21, 9 Meredith Drive, Seabrook; possession of an open container of alcohol, guilty, $120 fine (Seabrook).

HAMPTON: The following case was recorded at Hampton District Court in Seabrook, on Monday, Dec. 8, with Judge Michael Sullivan presiding over the jury-waived trials.

James P. Horton, 27 Shannon Drive, Epping; possession of a controlled drug, marijuana, guilty, $360 fine; possession of a controlled drug, nol prossed (discontinued) (South Hampton).

HAMPTON: The following case was recorded at Hampton District Court in Seabrook on Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2008, with Judge Mark Weaver presiding over the jury-waived trials.

John J. Leary, 47, 111 Farm Lane, Seabrook; driving while intoxicated, guilty, $600 fine and 90-day loss of license (Seabrook).

HAMPTON: The following cases were recorded at Hampton District Court in Seabrook on Thursday, Dec. 11, 2008, with Judge Mark Weaver presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Anthony J. Silva, 23, 18 Pennsylvania Ave., Brockton; speeding, nol prossed (discontinued); possession of a controlled drug, marijuana, guilty, $420 fine; driving after license suspension, guilty, $300 fine (N.H. State Police).

Jesiah N Hammond, 32, 59 Main St., Salisbury; reckless driving, guilty, $600 fine, 60-day loss of license; driving while intoxicated, nol prossed (discontinued) (N.H. State Police).
