POLICE LOGS

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Blaine A. Bosley, 58, 200 Lafayette Road, Salisbury, was arrested on a warrant Thursday at 4:57 p.m. The warrant was served at 200 Lafayette Road; the log did not indicate which officer served the warrant.

Paul E. Swanick, III, 24, 3 Tudor Drive, Kittery, Maine, was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol — second offense — and marked lane violation. Officer James Leavitt made the arrest yesterday at 1:04 a.m. on Lafayette Road. A 22-year-old male was taken into protective custody but not charged.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:

Osvaldo Rodriguez, 17, 28 Rolfes Lane, the Harbor School, Newbury, was arrested and charged with wanton destruction of property and disorderly conduct. Officers Stephen Smith, Michael Balsley and Sgt. Patty Fisher made the arrest at the Harbor School on Thursday at 7:56 p.m.

WEST NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Linda Dipersio, 49, 19 Middle Road, Amesbury, was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol — third offense — and negligent driving. Officer Royster Johnson and Sgt. Dan Cena made the arrest on River Road at 8:33 p.m. on Monday.

Nicholas Lyons, 26, 35 Pleasant St., Merrimac, was issued summonses for driving without a license, defective equipment, and two counts of possession of class E drugs. Officer Barry Coker issued the summonses on Bridge Street at 8:33 p.m. on Thursday.

Matthew Tradster, 26, 6 Summer Lane, West Newbury, was issued a summons for driving without a license. Officer Royster, issued the summons Thursday at 8:52 p.m. on Pleasant Street.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

Valerie M. Tucker, 27, 590 Main St., Sandown, N.H., was arrested and charged with driving after license suspension — second offense — driving after registration suspension, defective equipment and on an outstanding warrant for driving after license suspension, Officer David Shanahan made the arrest Thursday at 9 p.m. on Salem Street.

Elisha R. Comei, 20, 21 Cranton Ave., Groveland, was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, marked lane violations, speeding, driving after license revocation, driving an unregistered vehicle with no inspection sticker, being a minor in possession of alcohol, driving with an open container of alcohol and receiving stolen property worth less than $250. Officers James Morton and Aaron Yoe made the arrest on Main Street at 2:30 a.m. yesterday.

GEORGETOWN

The following item was recorded in the Georgetown police log:

Michael Foster, 33, 30 Hunter Run Place, Haverhill, was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lane violations. Officer Scott Hatch made the arrest yesterday at 1:59 a.m. on West Main Street.

SEABROOK

The following item was recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Jason Lempke, 28, 66 Hansonville Road, Rochester, N.H., was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated — subsequent offense — driving on the right side of the road and resisting arrest. Officers Patrick Smart, Justin Murphy and Sgt. John Wasson made the arrest at the intersection of Route 107 and Route 1.
