DISTRICT COURT

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Monday, Dec. 29, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Daniel M. Noone, 26, 58 Middle Road, Newbury; three counts of rape, all dismissed to be indicted and arraigned in Superior Court (Newbury).

Nicholle D. Palacios, 32, 80 East Main St., Merrimac; driving an uninsured vehicle, dismissed with court costs of $300 and $50 Victim -Witness Fund (VWF); number plate violation, dismissed with court costs of $100; driving an unregistered vehicle, not responsible; speeding in violation of special regulations, responsible, filed; driving after registration suspension, dismissed with court costs of $100 (Merrimac).

James F. Socwick, 21, 115 West Main St., Merrimac; driving after license suspension, dismissed with court costs of $100 and $50 VWF (Newburyport).

Miles Lockwood, 17, 10 Hillside Ave., Merrimac; driving after license suspension, dismissed with court costs of $100 and $50 VWF; vehicle lights violation, not responsible (West Newbury).

Sarah E. Dostie, 29, 81 High St., No. 30, Amesbury; driving after license suspension, dismissed with court costs of $200 and $50 VWF; fail to stop/yield, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

Wilson Pierre, 24, 362 Main St., second floor, Haverhill; making obscene telephone calls, continued without finding and probation for six months conditioned upon no further contact with victim, court costs $200 and $50 VWF (Newburyport).

Samnang Ker, 52, 58 Empire St., Lynn; juror fail to attend, dismissed (Newburyport).

Francis A. Gauthier, 40, 125 Railroad Ave., Salisbury; driving an uninsured vehicle, dismissed with court costs of $200 and $50 VWF; driving after registration suspension, dismissed with court costs of $100 (Salisbury).

Nicholas D. Pucci, 30, 6120 West Tropican Ave., Las Vegas, Nev.; unauthorized use of a vehicle, guilty, 60 days in the house of correction, committed (Amesbury).

Vincent St. Jean, 37, 146 State Road, Kittery, Maine; possession of class E drugs, continued generally and defendant placed on pretrial probation for six months (Amesbury).

Melanie Lopes, 50, 2 Broad St., Newburyport; reckless endangerment of a child, guilty, 2 1/2 years in the house of correction, two years suspended with two years probation conditioned upon remaining drug and alcohol free and complying with the Department of Social Services requirements including no further abuse of child; disorderly conduct, guilty, six months in the house of correction and two years probation; resisting arrest, guilty, two years probation. All sentences are to be served concurrently (Newburyport).
