NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the log of the Newburyport police:

Rodd Pereira, 38, 367 Lebanon St., Malden, was arrested on a warrant Friday at 6:04 p.m. Officers Daniel S. McCarthy and John M. Schmidt made the arrest at Anna Jaques Hospital on Highland Avenue.

Denise Pinto, 30, 17 Foggs Corner Road, Seabrook, was issued a summons on Friday at 10:42 p.m. on charges of marked lanes violation and driving without a license. Officers Matthew Simons and McCarthy issued the summons on Storey Avenue.

Alice Kalafarski, 28, 45 Dana St., North Andover, was issued a summons on Saturday at 8:27 p.m. on charges of speeding and driving without a license. Officer Simons made the arrest on High Street.

Ryan A. Mace, 33, 49 R Purchase St., Newburyport, was arrested on a warrant Sunday at 2:38 p.m. Officer Jason A. Kohan made the arrest at the Newburyport Police Department on Green Street.

AMESBURY

The following item was recorded in the log of the Amesbury police:

Karen L. Battle, 60, 51 Market St., Amesbury, was issued a summons on Sunday at 1 a.m. on a charge of driving with a suspended license. Officers Thomas Nichols and Denis A. Champagne Jr. issued the summons on Elm Street.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the log of the Newbury police:

Nicholas R. Firicano, 21, 798 Haverhill St., Rowley, was arrested Saturday at 1:28 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, marked lanes violation and speeding. Officer Keegan B. Stokes made the arrest on the Newburyport Turnpike at the Rowley line.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the state police log, Newbury barracks:

Samantha Balsavage, 21, 64 Woodman Road, South Hampton, was issued a summons on Saturday on charges of driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes violation. Trooper Michael Topping issued the summons in Haverhill.

Douglas Smith, 42, 36 Second St., Lowell, was arrested on a warrant Saturday. Trooper Stephen Gondella made the arrest in Georgetown.

Adam Makson, 22, 24 Hersam St., Stoneham, was arrested on a warrant Saturday. The arrest was made in Newbury.

Zoraida Jimenez, 30, 16 Shelby St., Boston, was arrested Saturday at 6:25 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. The arrest was made in Boxford.

James Runions, 22, 69 Howe St., Methuen, was arrested Saturday and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, marked lanes violation, speeding and driving without a license. Trooper Matthew Heaphy made the arrest in Amesbury.

SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the log of the Salisbury police:

Michael L. Hastings, 44, 71 2nd Crown Point Road, Barrington, N.H., was arrested Saturday at 1:08 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes violation. Officers James Leavitt and Eugene Scione made the arrest on Beach Road.
