Police Logs

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the log of the State Police, Newbury barracks:

Brian M. Stevens, 23, P.O. Box 160, Northwood, N.H., Robert Martin, 27, 50 Route 4, Barrington, N.H. and Ryan Townsend, 24, 8 Northside Road, Lee, N.H., were arrested Friday at 12:10 a.m. on two charges each of possession of a class B drug (second offense). Trooper Canning made the arrests in Haverhill.

SALISBURY

Victor M. Caceres, 25, 70 Vine St. #1, Brockton, was arrested Thursday at 11:40 p.m. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, a marked lanes violation and speeding. Officers Keith Forget and Bruce Dow made the arrest on Elm Street.

AMESBURY

Hannah C. Henrici, 21, 31 Franklin St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Thursday at 9:38 p.m. on charges of allowing improper operation of a vehicle. Officer David P. Noyes issued the summons on Main Street.

Joshua G. Maisonet, 24, 31 Franklin St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Thursday at 9:38 p.m. on charges of driving without a license and a marked lanes violation. Officer David P. Noyes issued the summons on Main Street.

WEST NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the log of the West Newbury police:

Michael OBrien, 42, 6 Charles St. #8, Hudson, N.H., was issued a summons Thursday at 4:19 p.m. and charged with having an unregistered and uninsured vehicle. Officer Barry Coker and Chief Lisa Holmes issued the summons on Main Street.

ROWLEY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Rowley police:

A juvenile was issued a summons Thursday at 4:09 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. The summons was issued on Haverhill Street.
