NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, March 17, with Judge Allen Swan presiding over the jury-waived trial:

Danielle Gallagher, 23, 10 Davis Court, Amesbury; shoplifting, guilty, $50 fine, $50 Victim/Witness Fund (VWF) assessment, $15 payment of restitution (Amesbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Friday, May 15, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trial:

Shawn P. Joyce, 33, 69 Pearson Drive, Byfield; assault and battery on a police officer, guilty, 2 1/2 years in the house of correction with 18 months to be served and the balance suspended with two years probation conditioned upon no abuse of family or police and avoidance of contact with neighbors, $90 VWF; resisting arrest, 18 months in the house of correction, committed, to be served concurrently; disturbing the peace, guilty, six months in the house of correction, committed, to be served concurrently (Newbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Monday, May 18, with Judge Michael Uhlarik presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Daniel Whitehouse, 44, 33 Court St., Dover, N.H.; driving without a license, dismissed with court costs of $100 and $50 VWF; speeding, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

Michael P. Privitera, 22, 124 School St., Groveland; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of alcohol safety awareness and half-day Brains at Risk programs, 45-day loss of license; $50 VWF; $250 Operating Under Intoxication fee, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim Fund assessment, $250 Head Injury Fund assessment (Amesbury).

The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Matthew S. Cameron, 38, 7 Dennett Road, Kittery, Maine; driving after license revocation for being a habitual traffic offender, dismissed with court costs of $200 and $50 VWF; speeding, responsible, fined $100; fail to wear seat belt, responsible, filed (State Police).

Rita M. Deragon, 49, 320 Main St., Rowley; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 OUI, $50 OUI-V, $250 HIF; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed; fail to wear seat belt, responsible, filed (Rowley).

Rafael Chilel, 24, 76 Hanover St., Lynn; driving without a license, guilty, $100 fine; driver refused to identify self, dismissed, $50 fine (West Newbury).

Michael J. Lacourse, 22, 3 Charter St., Newburyport; driving while under the influence of drugs, nolle prosequi (discontinued); possession of class E drugs, nolle prosequi (discontinued) (Newburyport).

Lea Antille-Evans, 23, 5 Walker Ave., Amesbury; larceny under $250, continued without finding and probation for 18 months with joint payment with another of restitution; improper use of a credit card under $250, continued without finding and probation for 18 months, to be served concurrently (Amesbury).

Micah Femino, 25, 174 Lafayette Road, Salisbury; juror fail to attend, nolle prosequi (discontinued) (Office of the Jury Commissioner).

NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, May 19, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trial:

Elaina Lamprey, 40, 90 Seabury Road, Hampton, N.H.; driving after license suspension, dismissed with court costs of $200 and $50 VWF; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed (Amesbury).
