Police log

NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the log of the Newburyport police:

Anthony E. Sheppard, 46, 400 Merrimac St., Apt. 4, Newburyport, was arrested Thursday at 5:06 p.m. on charges of shoplifting over $100 by concealing merchandise. Patrolman Michael J. McGinnis made the arrest on Storey Avenue.

Nicole Jacobs, 21, 11 Payson St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Friday at 3:37 p.m. for driving with a suspended license, having an unregistered vehicle and an expired inspection sticker. Patrolman Joshua R. Tierney issued the summons on High Street.

Carlos H. Ramirez, 42, 5 Wilmont St., Lawrence, was arrested Friday at 4:54 p.m. on charges of driving without a license and speeding. Patrolmen Michael P. Wilichoski and Christopher R. McDonald made the arrest on Low Street and Brissette Avenue.

GEORGETOWN

The following item was recorded in the log of the Georgetown police:

Joseph Golini, 37, 8 Wellington St., Arlington, was arrested Friday at 9:30 a.m. on a warrant. Officer J. Martel made the arrest.

ROWLEY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Rowley police:

Raymond L. Jones, 53, 520 Merrimack St., Apt. 101, Methuen, was issued a summons Wednesday at 2:12 p.m. for driving with a suspended license and revoked registration, driving an uninsured vehicle, and a vehicle lights violation. The summons was issued on Haverhill Street.

Ediberto Bamaca, 40, 451 Essex St., Apt. 3, Lynn, was issued a summons Thursday at 6:00 p.m. on charges of driving without a license. The summons was issued on Haverhill Street.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the log of the Groveland police:

Max D. Carbone, 17, 8 Toomey St., Danvers, was issued a summons Sunday at 7:15 p.m. on charges of allowing improper operation of a vehicle and having no inspection sticker. Officer Edwin Fournier issued the summons on School Street.

Adam D. Woytovich, 27, 163 Leslie Road, Rowley, was arrested Wednesday at 1 a.m. on charges of driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving to endanger, marked lanes violation and speeding. Officers Michael Traister and Steven Petrone made the arrest on School Street.

Philip Kamal, 42, 113 Hunters Run Place, Haverhill, was issued a summons Thursday at 2:15 p.m. for driving with a revoked license and failure to display license plate. Officer Kevin Woodman issued the summons on Salem Street.

STATE POLICE

The following item was recorded in the log of the State Police, Newbury Barracks:

Johanna Ciummei, 41, 3 Fairmount St., Apt. 3, Worcester, was issued a summons Friday at 4:20 p.m. for driving with a suspended license. Officer Nicolosi issued the summons in Amesbury.
