Police Logs

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Amesbury police:

David E. Marcus, 62, 103 Prospect St., Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 9:24 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace. Officers Steven Reed and Shane Rodriguez and Sgt. Jeffrey Worthen made the arrest on Prospect Street.

Deanna Bourassa, 41, 148 Western Ave., Lynn, was arrested Sunday at 1:10 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Officers Reed and Jason Kooken and Sgt. Kevin Donovan made the arrest on Macy Street.

Benjamin T. Howard, 31, 203 Oxford St., Portland, Maine, was arrested Sunday at 2:02 a.m., and charged with possession of a class E substance. Officers Reed, Matthew Cunningham and Raymond Landry, and Sgt. Donovan made the arrest on Powow Street.

James Howard Morrow IV, 22, 203 Oxford St., Portland, Maine, was arrested Sunday at 2:02 a.m. on a warrant. Officers Reed, Cunningham, Landry and Sgt. Donovan made the arrest on Powow Street.

NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the log of the Newburyport police:

Charles R. Quinn III, 44, 14 Clark Road, Andover, was arrested Saturday at 5:15 p.m. on a warrant. Officers Matthew Simons, Mike McGinnis and Ronald Senter made the arrest on Merrimac Street.

NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Newbury police:

Jerome Brokenbrough, 33, 20 Glenwood Ave., Rochester, N.H., was arrested Friday at 5:59 p.m. on a warrant, and charged with possession of a class E substance. Officer Keegan Stokes made the arrest on Interstate 95.

Heather G. Reis, 30, 12122 Bay Drive, Danvers, was arrested Friday at 11:39 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, speeding and a marked lanes violation. Officers Stokes and Gregg Frappier and Lt. John Lucey made the arrest on the Newburyport Turnpike.

Matthew D. Valli, 21, 4 Seaview Lane, Newbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 4:15 a.m. on charges of driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), reckless operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, a marked lanes violation, disorderly conduct and failure to stop for police. Lt. Lucey issued the summons at 4 Seaview Lane.

WEST NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the log of the West Newbury police:

Michael Redgate, 42, 429 Merrimac St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Friday at 4:14 p.m. on charges of driving without an inspection sticker and with a suspended license. Officer Barry Coker issued the summons on Main Street.

Timothy Hartman, 31, 226 Newburyport Turnpike, Byfield, was arrested Saturday at 6:17 p.m. and charged with driving with a revoked license (third offense) and providing a false name and address. Officers Barry Coker and Monica Carnes made the arrest on Main Street.

SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the log of the Salisbury police:

Terry L. Pike, 44, 8 Lake Attitash, Amesbury, was issued a summons on Friday at 9:02 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officer Timothy Hunter issued the summons at 7 Learned Lane.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the log of the state police, Newbury barracks:

John A. Marchand, 48, 40 Hampton Road, Exeter, N.H., was arrested Sunday at 12:25 a.m. on a warrant. Officer McTeague made the arrest in Salisbury.

Kelly Melum, 25, 32 Acorn Road, Hampton, N.H., was arrested Sunday at 2:53 a.m. on a warrant. Officer Crowley made the arrest in Haverhill.
