AMESBURY

The following item was recorded in the log of the Amesbury Police:

Fernando Y. Lazaro, 19, and Marcos Y. Lazaro, 27, both of 164 Whitehall Road, Amesbury, were each issued a summons Wednesday at 2:57 p.m. Fernando Lazaro was summonsed on a charge of driving without a license and Marcos Lazaro on a charge of allowing improper operation of a vehicle. Officers Glen Chaput and Thomas Hanshaw issued the summonses on Whitehall Road.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the log of the Newbury police:

Scott J. McKearney, 75 Old Point Road, Newbury, was arrested yesterday at 1:04 p.m. on a warrant. Officer Joseph Anderson and Detective Aaron J. Wojkowski made the arrest on Old Point Road.

NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the log of the Newburyport police:

Eric Fisher, 36, 25 Stanley Ave., Medford, was arrested Tuesday at 7:35 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and speeding. Officer Chris McDonald and Michael Wilichoski made the arrest on Low Street.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Salisbury police:

Jody E. Nicholson, 22, 11 Pleasant St., Salisbury, was arrested Tuesday at 5:40 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers Daniel McNeil and Steven Sforza made the arrest on Pleasant Street.

Violet Elwell, 37, 18 First St., Salisbury, was arrested Tuesday at 5:57 p.m. and charged with two counts of assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and malicious destruction of property valued over $250. Officers McNeil and Sforza made the arrest on First Street.

Donald Makonis, 52, 104 Beach Road, Salisbury, was arrested Tuesday at 10:39 p.m. on a warrant and also charged with driving after license suspension. Officers McNeil, Eugene Scione and Bruce Down made the arrest on Cable Avenue.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the log of the state police, Newbury barracks:

Chris Blasdell, 37, 141 Alfred St., Biddeford, Maine, was issued a summons Tuesday on charges of speeding and driving after license suspension. Trooper Brian McGarry issued the summons in Merrimac.

Edgar Wheeler, 62, 100 Neal St., Malden, and Michael Wheeler, 40, PO Box 888, Sanford, Maine, were each issued a summons Tuesday at 4:10 p.m. Edgar Wheeler was summonsed on a charge of allowing improper operation of a vehicle and Michael Wheeler on a charge of driving with a revoked registration. Trooper Michael Crowley issued the summonses in Newbury.

Sabrina Viera, 28, 467 Washington St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Tuesday at 11:30 p.m. on charges of driving after license suspension and equipment violation. Trooper Crowley issued the summons in Haverhill.

Andrew Shedd, 26, 88 Locke Road, Hampton, N.H., was arrested yesterday at 1:20 a.m. on two warrants and also charged with driving with a revoked license and possession of ammunition. Trooper Matthew Heaphy made the arrest in Newbury.
