NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded on Tuesday, June 2, in Newburyport District Court. Judge Peter Doyle presided over the following jury-waived cases:

Elaine Griffin, 34, 60 Pine St., Seabrook; driving with a license, dismissed, ordered to pay $100 costs, $50 for the VWF; speeding, found responsible, ordered to pay $100 assessment (State).

Andrew D. Robinson, 27, 69 Middle Road, Newbury; assault with a dangerous weapon, continued without finding for two years, sentenced to two years' probation, ordered to pay $90 to the VWF; resisting arrest, found guilty, sentenced to one year in the house of correction, suspended for two years, two years' probation, ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free, submit to random screens (Newbury).

Thomas Byron, 30, 10 Doris St., Groveland; driving with a suspended license, dismissed (West Newbury).

Walter E. Foote, 46, 3 Harvard Ave., Methuen; possession of marijuana, dismissed, ordered to pay $100 costs, $50 for the VWF; possession of cocaine, dismissed, ordered to pay $400 costs (Salisbury).

Frank D. Washburn, 54, 6 Riverfront Drive, Newbury; driving without a license, dismissed, ordered to pay $50 costs, $50 for the VWF (Newbury).

Jessica A. Drucker, 19, 27 Beechwood Drive, Danville, N.H.; driving without a license, dismissed, ordered to pay $100 costs, $50 for the VWF; marked lanes violation, found responsible, ordered to pay $100 assessment (Newbury).

Caroline M. Jean, 46, 7 Charles St., Georgetown; driving with a suspended license, dismissed, ordered to pay $100 costs, $50 for the VWF; not having an inspection sticker, found not responsible (Newbury).

Patrick Phinney, 17, 14 Macy Terrace, Amesbury; driving with a suspended license, found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in the house of correction, suspended for one year, one year's probation, ordered to attend Brains At Risk program, pay $50 for the VWF (Amesbury).

Stanley Pittounicos, 19, 56 Bellview Ave., Haverhill; assault, continued without finding for 18 months, sentenced to 18 months' probation, ordered to stay away and have no contact with victim, write a letter of apology, pay $200 costs, $50 for the VWF (Merrimac).

Felix R.
