NEWBURYPORT

Jennifer A. Cantrell, 36, 70 Madison St., Amesbury, was issued a summons yesterday at 3:05 p.m. on charges of driving after license suspension and failure to have vehicle inspected. Officer Joshua Tierney issued the summons on Low and Hunter streets.
STATE POLICE
The following items were recorded in the log of the state police, Newbury barracks:
Kenneth Bradshaw, 19, 4 Crane Crossing Road, Newton, was arrested Wednesday and charged with possession of a dangerous weapon. Trooper Michael McGarry made the arrest in Salisbury.
Thomas Hegarty, 47, 6 West Main St., Merrimac, was issued a summons Wednesday on a charge of driving with a revoked license. Trooper Daniel Ciandiello issued the summons in Merrimac.
Carlos Torres, 24, 428 Lilac Lane, Dover, N.H., was issued a summons yesterday at 4:30 a.m. on charges of negligent operation, speeding and marked lanes violation. Trooper Shane Pierce issued the summons in Haverhill.
Larry Senior, 50, 143 Cambridge St., Lowell, was arrested yesterday at 11 a.m. and charged with assault and battery. Trooper Willard made the arrest in Salisbury.
WEST NEWBURY
The following item was recorded in the log of the West Newbury police:
Reginald Nelson, 40, 1716 East Poinsettia St., Lane Beach, Calif., was arrested yesterday at 4:04 p.m. on a warrant. Officer Barry Coker made the arrest on Newell Farm Drive.
AMESBURY
The following item was recorded in the log of the Amesbury police:
Dale A. Clark, 49, 35 Hardy St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Thursday at 12:39 a.m. on charges of driving with a revoked registration and driving uninsured. Officer Thomas Nichols issued the summons on Macy Street.
ROWLEY
The following items were recorded in the log of the Rowley police:
David J. Rowe, 18, 13 Pleasant St., Rowley, was issued a summons Wednesday at 3:55 p.m. on Main Street on charges of driving an uninsured vehicle and driving an unregistered vehicle.
Monica Gloria Upton, 75, 693 Main St., Boxford, was arrested Wednesday at 9:42 p.m. on Haverhill Street and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes violation.
