HAMPTON: The following cases were recorded at Hampton District Court in Seabrook the week ending Friday, May 29, with Judge Laurence Cullen presiding over the following jury-waived trials:

Guy E. Sturgis, 24, 75 Washington St., Seabrook; criminal mischief, not prosecuted; possession of a controlled/narcotic drug, not prosecuted (Seabrook).

Trevor A. Mulvrey, 23, 33 Main St., Salisbury; disobeying an officer, not prosecuted (Seabrook).

Jeremy Feddersen, 19, 11 Pinewood Lane, Groveland; unlawful possession of alcohol by an individual under the age of 21, guilty, $360 fine (Hampton Falls).

HAMPTON: The following cases were recorded at Hampton District Court in Seabrook the week ending Friday, June 5, with Judge Mark Weaver presiding over the following jury-waived trials:

Wendell A. Brokaw, 38, 131 Court St., No. 1, Exeter; driving while intoxicated, guilty, $600 fine and a nine-month loss of license; failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, guilty; criminal threatening, guilty; filing a false report to law enforcement, not prosecuted (Seabrook).

Russell C. Enslow, 64, 8 Tarr's Lane, West Rockport; driving while intoxicated, guilty, $600 fine and 12-month loss of license (Seabrook).

The following cases were recorded with Judge Laurence Cullen presiding over the following jury-waived trials:

Joaquin A. Ortaga, 30, 2 Museum Square, No. 604, Lawrence; possession of the controlled drug (marijuana), guilty, $770 fine, with $350 suspended pending good behavior, which includes no convictions on felony, misdemeanor or drug- or alcohol-related offenses (N.H. State Police).

Michael P. Rowe, 53, 180 Alsace St., Manchester, N.H.; taking winter flounder under the legal limit, guilty, $60 fine (N.H. Fish and Game).
