NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the log of the Newbury police:

Marcia A. Byers-Burns, 52, 1 Longbrook Road, Byfield, was issued a summons Monday at 2:30 p.m. on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order. Officer Joseph Anderson issued the summons on Longbrook Road.

STATE POLICE

The following item was recorded in the log of the state police, Newbury barracks:

Katia H. Artiano, 29, 25 Aspin Wall Ave., Brookline, was issued a summons yesterday at 8:30 a.m. on charges of driving without a license, speeding and failure to keep right. Trooper Michael Provost issued the summons in Newburyport.

SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the log of the Salisbury police:

William J. Hurd, 20, 51 Beach Road, Salisbury, was arrested Sunday at 9:58 p.m. on a warrant. Officer Eugene Scione made the arrest on Beach Road.

AMESBURY

The following item was recorded in the log of the Amesbury police:

Judith I. Ventullo, 44, 52 Franklin St., Revere, was issued a summons yesterday at 1:41 p.m. on charges of driving uninsured, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving a vehicle not meeting safety standards. Officer David Clark issued the summons in Carriage Town Plaza.

ROWLEY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Rowley police:

Angelic De Andre Jones, 22, 7828 4th Ave., Birmingham, Ala., was arrested Friday at 7:18 p.m. on Prospect Street on a warrant.

Kenneth Lee Hunt, 50, 98 Wethersfield St., Rowley, was arrested Saturday at 12:41 a.m. on Bradford Street and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes violation.

John C. Murphy, 21, 36 Mugford St., Marblehead, was arrested Saturday at 12:53 a.m. on the Newburyport Turnpike and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), marked lanes violation, speeding in a special regulation zone, reckless driving and possession of marijuana under one ounce.

Joseph Peter Slater, 58, 61 Temple St., Haverhill, was arrested Saturday at 9:51 p.m. on Haverhill Street and Daniels Road and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (fourth offense) and marked lanes violation.

Robert M. Beaudoin, 51, 15 Warehouse Lane, Rowley, was arrested Sunday at 1:31 p.m. on the Newburyport Turnpike and charged with domestic assault and battery.

Gerald Custer, 25, 92 Page St., Avon, was issued a summons yesterday at 6:47 a.m. on Independent and Summer Streets on a charge of driving an uninsured vehicle.
