NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the log of the Newburyport police:

Shannon C. Nettleton, 31, 5 Brush Hill Road, Merrimac, was issued a summons yesterday at 3:54 a.m. on charges of assault, assault and battery on a public employee/emergency room nurse and disorderly conduct. Officer Dani Michalek issued the summons on Highland Avenue.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Amesbury police:

Shannon C. Nettleton, 31, and Kenneth Murphy, 33, both of 5 Brush Hill Road, Merrimac, were arrested Wednesday at 11:59 p.m. Nettleton was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and marked lanes violation. Murphy was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Officers David Noyes, Kevin Mulrenin and Michael Purvis made the arrests on Macy and Main streets.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Salisbury police:

Rebecca L. Stultz, 41, 71 Northend Blvd., Salisbury, was issued a summons Wednesday at 7:04 p.m. on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order. Officer Timothy Rivet and James Leavitt issued the summons on Lafayette Road.

Christopher A. Yambor, 37, 194 Lafayette Road, Salisbury, was arrested Wednesday at 7:57 p.m. on a warrant. Officer Timothy Hunter and Leavitt made the arrest on Lafayette Road.

Richard G. Murphy, 25, 194 Lafayette Road, Salisbury, was arrested Wednesday at 8 p.m. on two warrants. Officer Leavitt made the arrest on Lafayette Road.

Phillip W. Widener Jr., 19, 31 Susan Drive, Salisbury, was arrested yesterday at 12:55 a.m. on charges of receiving stolen property over $250, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Officers Leavitt, Craig Lesage and Bruce Dow made the arrest on Daniel Court.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the log of the Seabrook police:

Marshall Mason, 20, 4 Piper Lane, Hampton, N.H., was arrested Tuesday at 11:52 p.m. and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol as a minor. Officers Jeremy Tetreault and Justin Murphy made the arrest on Lafayette Road.

Brandon R. Conchieri, 24, 5 South Main St., Seabrook, was arrested Wednesday at 9:23 a.m. and charged with negligent driving. Officer James Cawley made the arrest on Liberty Lane.

Gail B. Eaton, 53, 108 Lower Collins St., Seabrook, was arrested Wednesday at 1:01 p.m. and charged with simple assault. Officer Cawley made the arrest on Liberty Lane.

Robert Nelson Lagrange Jr., 43, 101 Farm Lane, Seabrook, was arrested Wednesday at 10:42 p.m. and charged with criminal trespassing and drug possession. Officers Adam Laurent, Justin Murphy and Chester Felch made the arrest on Worthley Avenue.

Alexandra Munteanu, 24, 89 Essex St., Swampscott, and Yuliya Garanova, 19, 33 Pratt St., Boston, were arrested yesterday at 12:22 a.m. Munteanu on charges of driving while under the influence of alcohol and Garanova on a charge of unlawful possession of alcohol as a minor. Officers Adam Laurent and Chester Felch made the arrests on Route 107.
