AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Amesbury police:

Dana Abrahams, 20, 129 Water St., Newburyport, Damien T. Dobson, 18, 12 Old Point Road, Newbury, and Eric J. Nelson, 17, 141 Beach Road, Salisbury, were arrested Monday at 10:16 p.m. and each charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and possession of burglarious instruments. Officers David Noyes, Steven Reed, Matthew Cunningham, Jason Kooken, Kevin Donovan and Thomas Nichols made the arrests on Macy Street.

NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the log of the Newburyport police:

Evan R. Williams III, 41, 66 Turtle Rock Road, Windham, N.H., was issued a summons Monday at 9:35 p.m. on charges of driving after license suspension and speeding. The summons was issued on Low Street.

Matthew R. Decelle, 25, 246 Northern Blvd., Salisbury, was arrested yesterday at 12:58 p.m. and charged with a civil rights violation, threatening to commit a crime, disturbing the peace, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a gun). Officer Donald Hall made the arrest on Cherry Street.

Robert J. Murphy, 81, 40 Middle St., Newburyport, was issued a summons yesterday at 1:30 p.m. on charges of leaving the scene of property damage.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the log of the Newbury police:

Thomas Alexander Rudel, 17, 12 Girard Way, Newbury, was arrested Monday at 8:24 p.m. and charged with improper use of a credit card over $250 and witness intimidation. Sgt. Jay Routhier made the arrest on Girard Way.

ROWLEY

The following item was recorded in the log of the Rowley police:

Ronald Brillon, 32, 9 Hardy Court, Derry, N.H., was issued a summons Monday at 10:38 p.m. on Main Street on charges of driving after license suspension.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Salisbury police:

John J. Murphy, 43, 13 Vermont St., Salisbury, was issued a summons Monday at 5 p.m. on charges of assault and battery. The summons was issued on Railroad Avenue.

Tiffany Olaverria, 29, 19 Avon St., Manchester, N.H., was arrested yesterday at 2:14 a.m. on a warrant. Officers Craig Lesage and Keith Forget made the arrest on Elm Street.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the log of the Seabrook police:

Corey Stewart, 35, 3201 Harvest Drive, North Andover, was arrested Friday at 5:20 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officer Patrick Smart and Deputy Chief Lee J. Bitomske made the arrest on Tilton Street.

Agregawe Beche, 56, 20 Greenwood Road, Lynnfield, was arrested Saturday at 8:05 p.m. and charged with conduct after an accident. Officer Felch made the arrest on Liberty Lane.

Richard K. White, 18, 28 Folly Mill Road, Salisbury, and Joshua Burney, 18, 20 Adder Lane, Seabrook, were arrested yesterday at 1:03 a.m. White was charged with drug possession and unlawful possession of alcohol. Burney was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol. Officers Frank Brown, Chester Felch, Justin Murphy and Jeremy Tetreault made the arrests on Lafayette Road.
