Edwin A. Gutierrez, 35, 21 Newman Road, Newbury; driving without a license, dismissed, $200 court cost, $50 to the VWF (Newbury).
Ruth E. Ameden, 43, 33 Maplewood Ave., Gloucester; driving with a suspended license, dismissed, $100 court costs, $50 to the VWF; speeding, responsible, $180 assessment (Merrimac).
Carlos A. Moreira, 27, 86 Dodge St., Pawtucket, R.I.; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, continued without a finding for six months, State Courts Against Road Rage and the Brains at Risk, $250 to the Head Injury Fund; marked lanes violation, not responsible, $390 assessment; speeding, responsible; driving with a suspended license, continued without a finding for six months.
