NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were heard in Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, June 23. Judge Peter Doyle presided over the following jury-waived trials:

Joao Junior, 35, 106 Whitehall Road, Amesbury; driving without a license, to be dismissed with $100 in court costs and $50 to the VWF; marked lanes violation, responsible, $100 assessment (Newbury).

Raul A. Nunez, 35, 11 Buswell St., Lawrence; driving with a suspended license for driving while under the influence, guilty, 60 days house of correction, committed, credit for three days served; license plate violation, not responsible (State).

Carol A. Pike, 49, 54 Haverhill St., Rowley; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued for one year, Alcohol Safety Awareness Program (ASAP), $250 to Head Injury Fund, $50 to VWF, 45-day loss of license; malicious destruction of property over $250, dismissed at request of state (Rowley).

Scott D. Flaherty, 18, 18 Alison Way, Lynn; driving with a suspended license, dismissed with $100 in court costs, $50 to VWF; state highway traffic violation, responsible, filed; speeding, not responsible (Rowley).

Ryan LeClaire, 24, 47 Arlingtonwear Road, Apt. B1A18, Seabrook; trespassing, guilty, 30 days house of correction, committed, runs concurrent with prior count; disorderly conduct, guilty, six months house of correction, committed, runs concurrent with prior count (Amesbury); assault with a dangerous weapon, guilty, sentenced to nine months in the house of correction, committed, credited 126 days; assault with a dangerous weapon, sentenced to nine months in the house of corrections (concurrent); disorderly conduct, guilty, sentenced to nine months in the house of corrections (concurrent) (Amesbury).

William A. Means, 34, 63 Leach St., Apt. 1, Salem; driving while under the influence of alcohol, not guilty; marked lanes violation, not responsible (Newbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were heard in Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, June 24. Judge Peter Doyle presided over the following jury-waived trials:

Craig D. Back, 27, 8 Davis Court, Amesbury; distributing class A substance, guilty, 2 1/2 years house of correction, 48 days to be served, deemed served, balance suspended with two years' probation, remain drug and alcohol free, random screens, $90 to VWF; drug violation near school/park, not prosecuted; distributing class A substance, probation concurrent with count one; drug violation near school/park, not prosecuted (Amesbury); distributing class B substance, guilty, two years house of correction, 48 days to be served, deemed served, same terms and conditions as prior count, $50 to VWF (Salisbury).

Craig D. Back, 27, 2 Moseley Ave., Newburyport; utter false writing, continued without finding two years, $90 to VWF (two counts) (Amesbury).

Anthony C. Page, 29, 3 Glen Devin St., Amesbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol (third offense), guilty, one year house of correction, six months to be served, balance suspended for two years probation, eight-year loss of license, remain drug and alcohol free, $1,000 fine, $50 to Head Injury Fund, $90 to VWF; negligent driving, continued without finding for two years, $250 to Head Injury Fund (Amesbury).

Kathleen L. Twombly, 55, 14 Stage Coach Drive, South Chatham; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, 2 1/2 years house of correction, 60 days to be served, balance suspended for three years probation, 14 days inpatient and aftercare, remain drug and alcohol free, random screens, two year loss of license, $250 to Head Injury Fund, $90 to VWF; driving with ignition interlock, guilty, six months house of correction, committed, credit time served 37 days, $1,000 fine, $250 to Head Injury Fund; disorderly conduct, guilty, filed; assault and battery on a police officer, guilty, three years' probation; assault and battery on public employee, guilty, three years' probation (West Newbury).

Catherine Wilson, 17, 141 Low St., Newburyport; larceny under $250, continued without a finding, placed on administrative supervision for six months under the condition of abiding by DARE program rules, $50 VWF; receiving stolen property, dismissed (Newburyport).

Logar Daigle, 21, 109 Lafayette Road, Salisbury; possession of a class D drug, dismissed, $200 costs, $50 VWF (Salisbury).

Jamie L. Twine, 25, 29 West Main St., Apt. 2, Merrimac; receiving a stolen credit card (two counts), dismissed; identity fraud, continued without a finding for nine months (Amesbury).

Michael Finochiaro, 39, 10 Meaders Lane, Salisbury; larceny under $250, placed on one year's pretrial probation, ordered to pay $130.99 restitution (Amesbury).

Richelieu P. Elome, 20, 31 Jefferson Lane, Haverhill; forgery/misuse of Registry of Motor Vehicles document, dismissed, $200 costs, $90 VWF; no inspection sticker, responsible, $50 assessment (Amesbury).

Steven Grindrod, 26, 1 John St., Amesbury; driving with a suspended license, dismissed, $200 costs, $50 VWF; failure to stop/yield, responsible, assessed $100 (Amesbury).

Richard Marc-Aurele, 20, 7 Perriwinkle Lane, Ipswich; assault and battery, dismissed; larceny under $250, dismissed (Newburyport).

Edward Goudreau, 30, 41 Rollins Ave., Lynn; driving while under the influence of drugs, continued without a finding, placed on one year's probation, 45-day loss of license, ordered to attend ASAP program, $250 OUI fee, $250 HIF, $50 OUI victim's fund, $50 VWF; marked lanes violation, responsible (Salisbury).

Matthew S. Sciuto, 24, 49 Woodrow Ave., Haverhill; driving while under the influence of alcohol, guilty, sentenced to one year's supervised probation, 45-day loss of license, ordered to attend ASAP program, $250 OUI fee, $250 HIF, $50 OUI victim's fund, $50 VWF; marked lanes violation, not responsible; failure to wear seat belt, not responsible; possession of an open container of alcohol, responsible; possession of an open container of alcohol, not responsible; possession of a class C drug, dismissed, $100 costs (Amesbury).
