NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Michelle A. Chouinard, 49, 25 Stevens St., Lawrence, was issued a summons Friday at 2:22 p.m. on charges of driving without a license, speeding and not having a license in possession. Officer Christopher McDonald issued the summons on Low Street.

AMESBURY

The following item was recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Elizabeth Conley, 29, 9 Suzanne Drive, Portsmouth, N.H., was issued a summons Thursday at 9:58 p.m. on a motor vehicle lights violation and driving with a suspended license. Officer David Noyes issued the summons on Macy Street.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

Lucilene Faria, 45, 113 White St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. on charges of driving without a license. Officer Paul Pierce issued the summons on School Street.

Elaine Donchaster, 46, 1 Garrison St., Groveland, was arrested Wednesday at 6:22 p.m. and charged with assault and battery on a household member. Officer Peter Granitsias and officer Danny Ramirez made the arrest on Garrison Street.

Gaynor Dickenson, 37, 17 Rollins St., Groveland, was arrested Friday at 1:43 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, red light violation, negligent driving and OUI with a person under age 14 in the motor vehicle. Officer Mike Traister made the arrest at the Bates Bridge.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the state police log at the Newbury barracks:

Jamie Pointer, 23, 14 Beechstone # 5, Portsmouth, N.H., was arrested Thursday at 7:50 a.m. and charged with driving after suspension and speeding. Trooper Michael Provost made the arrest in Newburyport.

Ryan MacLean, 19, 20 High St., Newton, was arrested Thursday at 11:35 a.m. on a warrant. Trooper Michael Provost made the arrest in Rowley.
