NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the log of the Newburyport police:

Joshua G. Maisonet, 24, 31 Franklin St., Newburyport, was arrested yesterday at 9:47 a.m. and charged with assault on a household member and threatening to commit a crime. Officers Jason Kohan and Shawn Eaton made the arrest on Franklin Street.

AMESBURY

The following item was recorded in the log of the Amesbury police:

James Hathaway, 35, 139-1 Ross Road, Kennebunk, Maine, was arrested Sunday at 7:04 p.m. and charged with driving after license suspension, equipment violation and on a warrant. Officers Thomas Nichols, Michael Purvis and Raymond Landry made the arrest on Macy Street.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Salisbury police:

Casey M. Conn, 28, 11 Railroad Ave., Salisbury, was arrested Sunday at 9:30 p.m. on a warrant. Officers Robert Roy, Timothy Hunter and James Leavitt made the arrest on Broadway.

Nancy K. Gordon, 74, 62 Central Ave., Salisbury, was arrested yesterday at 10:42 p.m. on a warrant. Officer Richard Dellaria made the arrest on Central Avenue.

ROWLEY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Rowley police:

Michael F. Harrington, 37, 213 Franklin St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Thursday at 12:01 p.m. on Haverhill Street on charges of driving with a suspended registration, driving uninsured, possession of class E drugs and possession of an open container of alcohol.

Ashley N. Wonson, 25, 22 Lebel Road, Rowley, was issued a summons Saturday at 2:26 a.m. on Haverhill Street on charges of driving after license suspension.

Samuel Francis Coffey, 20, 63 Sumner St., Gloucester, was arrested Saturday at 11:01 p.m. on the Newburyport Turnpike and charged with driving while under the influence of drugs (second offense) and number plate violation.

Leonardo Bortoloz, 25, 7 Court St., Milford, was issued a summons Saturday at 6:16 p.m. on Haverhill Street and Dodge Road on a charge of driving without a license.

David F. Jaquith, 18, 81 Railroad Ave., Rowley, was issued a summons Saturday at 7:17 p.m. on Cross and Central streets on charges of driving after license suspension and driving with a suspended registration.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the log of the Seabrook police:

John Anthony Levins, 36, 5 Phoenix Way, Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 12:46 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Officers John Mounsey, Justin Murphy and Chester Felch made the arrest on Lafayette Road.

Robert Watts, 19, 10 Susan Lane, Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 6:24 p.m. and charged with disobeying a police officer and driving after license suspension. Officers Mark Richardson, Mounsey and Sgt. John Wasson made the arrest on South Main Street.

Drew R. Lawler, 19, 4 Towlehill Road, Kensington, N.H., was arrested Friday at 9:10 p.m. and charged with disobeying a police officer and reckless driving. Officer Mounsey made the arrest on Liberty Lane.

Christine M. Nadeau, 45, and Lisa M. Moriarty, 43, both of West 5th St., Lowell, were arrested Sunday at 3:02 p.m. Nadeau was charged with shoplifting, Moriarty with shoplifting, child endangerment and giving a false report to police. Officers Kevin Gelineau and James Cawley Jr. made the arrests on Lafayette Road.

Robert C. Kujawa, 23, 9 Rainbow Terrace, Danvers, was arrested yesterday at 11:19 a.m. and charged with two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. Officer Cawley made the arrest on Liberty Lane.
