The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police logs:

Kristofer Smith, 31, 130 Destin St., Summerville, NC, was issued a summons on Friday at 7:32 p.m. for driving with a suspended license. Officer Christopher McDonald issued the summons on Merrimac Street.

Hans Muehlen, 33, 10 Chapel St., 1, Newburyport, was issued a summons on Sunday at 3:54 a.m. for keeping a noisy and disorderly house. Officers Eric Marshall and Charles Ferlauto issued the summons on Chapel Street.

John A. Arsenian, 62, 1107 Main St., Dunstable, was arrested on Sunday at 11:41 a.m. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense, and threatening to commit a crime. Officers Charles Vorderis and Nora Duggan made the arrest on Water Street.

Robert Shaeffer, 66, 29 Fairview Ave., Arlington, was issued a summons on Sunday at 11:42 a.m. for disorderly conduct and assault and battery. Officer Michael Muldowney issued the summons on State Street.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Joshua Davidson, 36, 61 Glen Devin St., Amesbury, was arrested on a warrant on Thursday at 7:16 p.m. and charged with carrying a dangerous weapon and possession of a Class A substance. Officers Thomas Nichols and Lauren Tirone made the arrest during a motor vehicle stop on Glen Devin Street.

Jeffrey Keith Nieves, 55, 36 Glen Devin St., Amesbury, was issued a summons on Thursday at 7:16 p.m. for driving an uninsured motor vehicle, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to attach license plates.

Thomas Mondalto, 55,10 Bartlett Place, Amesbury, was arrested on Friday at 1:02 a.m. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Officers David Noyes and Kevin Mulrenin made the arrest on Whitehall Road.

Michael McKeon, 34, 19 Arch St., Haverhill, was arrested on two warrants on Saturday at 8:32 p.m. by Officers Thomas Nichols and Lauren Tirone.

NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the Newbury police log:

Tracey A. Nicholls, 39, 11A 82nd St., Newburyport, was to be summonsed for driving with a revoked registration and driving an uninsured motor vehicle, following a motor vehicle stop on High Road on Friday at 11:14 p.m. by Officer John Lucey III.

Samuel Healy, 25, 37 1/2 Federal St., Newburyport, was arrested Saturday at 1:43 a.m. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, marked lanes violation, and speeding. Officer John Lucey III made the arrest on the Newburyport Turnpike.

Mark C. Schwarz, 19, 18 Greentree Lane, Byfield, was to be summonsed for keeping a noisy and disorderly house, possession of alcohol by a person under age 21, disturbing the peace and procuring alcohol by person under age 21, following a report by Officer Stephen Smith on Sunday at 1:34 a.m.

Timothy J. Cashman, 20, 3 Leslie Road, Rowley, was to be summonsed for disturbing the peace and possession of alcohol by person under age 21, following a report by Officer Stephen Smith on Sunday at 1:35 a.m. on Greentree Lane in Byfield.

Derek W. Paquette, 19, 57 Weldon Farm Road, Rowley, was to be summonsed for disturbing the peace and possession of alcohol by person under age 21, following a report by Officer Stephen Smith on Sunday at 1:35 a.m. on Greentree Lane.

Lukas B. Eldridge, 19, 37 Kathleen Circle, Rowley, was to be summonsed for disturbing the peace and possession of alcohol by person under age 21, following a report by Officer Stephen Smith on Sunday at 1:35 a.m. on Greentree Lane.

Olivia Taylor Gourley, 20, 17 Chestnut St., Newburyport, was to be summonsed for disturbing the peace and possession of alcohol by person under age 21, following a report by Officer Stephen Smith on Sunday at 1:35 a.m. on Greentree Lane.

Grace Jean Martin, 20, 7 Twin Brooks Road, Salisbury, was to be summonsed for disturbing the peace and possession of alcohol by person under age 21, following a report by Officer Stephen Smith on Sunday at 1:35 a.m. on Greentree Lane.

Kendall P. Grasso, 20, 11 Church St., Byfield, was to be summonsed for disturbing the peace and possession of alcohol by person under age 21, following a report by Officer Stephen Smith on Sunday at 1:35 a.m. on Greentree Lane.

Cameron L. Roy, 20, 14 Pheasant Run Drive, Newburyport, was to be summonsed for disturbing the peace and possession of alcohol by person under age 21, second offense, following a report by Officer Stephen Smith on Sunday at 1:35 a.m. on Greentree Lane.

Carly Ann LeSage, 18, 7 Ferry Lots Lane, Salisbury, was to be summonsed for disturbing the peace and possession of alcohol by person under age 21, following a report by Officer Stephen Smith on Sunday at 1:35 a.m. on Greentree Lane.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the State Police log of the Newbury barracks:

Brian Bigelow, Jr., 24, 68 Elysium St., Wrentham, was arrested on Friday at 4:37 p.m. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving, and a marked lanes violation. Trooper Scott Quigley made the arrest on I-95 in Topsfield.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

John P. Parker, 44, 96 Seven Star Road, Groveland, was arrested on Friday at 3:30 p.m. and charged with violating a protection order. Sgt. McDonald and Officer Moyer made the arrest on Seven Star Road.

John Burton, IV, 20, 181 King St., Groveland, was issued a summons on Friday at 9:47 p.m. for driving a motor vehicle with a revoked license. Officers Moyer and Fournier issued the summons on School Street at Georgia Street.

Vernon E. Carmack, 45, 196 Broadway, Apt. 1, Lynn, was arrested on Saturday at 11:15 a.m. and charged with driving with a revoked license. Officers Moody and Pekarski made the arrest on School Street.

Wanda J. Carmack, 50, 196 Broadway, Apt. 1, Lynn, was issued a summons on Saturday at 11:15 a.m. for allowing an improper driver to operate a vehicle. Officers Moody and Pekarski issued the summons on School Street.

Nilton J. Batista, 50, 24 Woods Avenue, Somerville, was issued a summons on Saturday at 5:05 p.m. for driving with a suspended registration. Officers Pekarski and Ryan issued the summons on Washington Street.
