Kendall P. Grasso, 20, 11 Church St., Byfield, was to be summonsed for disturbing the peace and possession of alcohol by person under age 21, following a report by Officer Stephen Smith on Sunday at 1:35 a.m. on Greentree Lane.

Cameron L. Roy, 20, 14 Pheasant Run Drive, Newburyport, was to be summonsed for disturbing the peace and possession of alcohol by person under age 21, second offense, following a report by Officer Stephen Smith on Sunday at 1:35 a.m. on Greentree Lane.

Carly Ann LeSage, 18, 7 Ferry Lots Lane, Salisbury, was to be summonsed for disturbing the peace and possession of alcohol by person under age 21, following a report by Officer Stephen Smith on Sunday at 1:35 a.m. on Greentree Lane.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the State Police log of the Newbury barracks:

Brian Bigelow, Jr., 24, 68 Elysium St., Wrentham, was arrested on Friday at 4:37 p.m. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving, and a marked lanes violation. Trooper Scott Quigley made the arrest on I-95 in Topsfield.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

John P. Parker, 44, 96 Seven Star Road, Groveland, was arrested on Friday at 3:30 p.m. and charged with violating a protection order. Sgt. McDonald and Officer Moyer made the arrest on Seven Star Road.

John Burton, IV, 20, 181 King St., Groveland, was issued a summons on Friday at 9:47 p.m. for driving a motor vehicle with a revoked license. Officers Moyer and Fournier issued the summons on School Street at Georgia Street.

Vernon E. Carmack, 45, 196 Broadway, Apt. 1, Lynn, was arrested on Saturday at 11:15 a.m. and charged with driving with a revoked license. Officers Moody and Pekarski made the arrest on School Street.

Wanda J. Carmack, 50, 196 Broadway, Apt. 1, Lynn, was issued a summons on Saturday at 11:15 a.m. for allowing an improper driver to operate a vehicle. Officers Moody and Pekarski issued the summons on School Street.

Nilton J. Batista, 50, 24 Woods Avenue, Somerville, was issued a summons on Saturday at 5:05 p.m. for driving with a suspended registration. Officers Pekarski and Ryan issued the summons on Washington Street.
